Definitely the answer to your question is yes it is a crime because it is wrong for an individual doing such an act with wrong notion and it is a Sin .
what is the need for a 20 year old to kiss 15-16 yr old?if it is for birthday wishes or any festivals with healthy feeling it is fine but not with a different idea to make a youngster trigger feelings and so on.
It is better to avoid such acts rather than researching on the same.
The only healthy relationship between a woman to woman will be a mother-daughter relationship.thats it.

I think it's illegal, since the other person is a minor. And the fact that it's two women really has nothing to do with it, since the one is a minor. But if it was a one time thing and nothing comes of it, then I don't think it would be a crime, but the laws are different in every state, so check with yours.

Hello,
First : It isn't a crime to kiss anyone in fashionable manner but I believe in the intent to pursue younger people towards sexual contact, under the statutory age limit is illegal and therefore is a crime.

Second : It isn't illegal to have relationship with same partners but it may be illegal to marry same partners in some parts of the states.

!6 is legal in Kentucky. All other states you have to be 18. A 15-17 year old can not legally give consent. The court says they are not mature enough to make those decisions

doubt if giving her a kiss is a crime. but anything else could be leading to trouble. Any how a 20 year old should not be doing anything intimate with a 15 year old. let them wait two years.

you have to be speacific to each state as to whether woman to woman relations are illegal but either way i think its a law in all states that relations (when you are over 18) with someone younger than 18 then it is illegal...unless the difference between the two parties is less than that of twelve months.

Yes, it is. 15 or 16 is still a minor in the eyes of the law.

Age limits are deferent in defferent places. Same gender relationship were always considered wrong in most location but all private relationship were by and large ignored by law enforcer, had tocken enforcement, utill now.

Laws are changing and the attitude are also changing it is alll on going process.

the act of kissing, with both parties saying yes to the act is ok I guess, but stay away from any more contacts. If you have lesbian desires a younger girl, that one kiss may lead to stronger illegal desires
