we have lots of friends but she met someone recently and has pushed me out of her life im angry but i dont know if im over reacting,they have only been seeing each other for a couple of months and she had practically moved him into our home i had to put my foot down,was i wrong

I sent my daughter some Christmas gifts (clothes from Hollister and Bath/ Body Works lotions) because they are things that I know that she likes. She is 14 and lives with her Dad in another state.

She says that the kids tell her that she is "poor" because she does not wear enough name brand clothes. So, I bought her some clothes from Hollister since its name brand and a store that she likes.

Now, my ex-husband sent me an e-mail saying the why did I send Christmas gifts when they are trying to empty out the house?

I think that his nature is the same. He wants everything his way. In other words, I have to send or not send gifts as he likes. If he wants cash, I have to send cash.

I bought the gifts with love for her. I don't know if he will send them back. I guess I will return them if he does.

It seems that he is never happy with what I do for the child.

Whatever I buy or do is not good enough in his eyes.

well i am feeling very unsocial lately, because all my friends already have their own possy they want to hang out with, because they are more popular. i want to hang out with them, but i'm not sure they want to, or they are too busy to. and with the coming 2 weeks off of school, i'm going to be very bored. please give me some advice!

i am girl who keeps her friends in topmost position .but due to few silly reasons i m having a cold war between me n my friends .i love my friends n i dont want to loose them....they r the sweethearts ......
i have isolated myself from the group . n no one is even talking to me.

I've liked this girl since the beggining of this year but she had a boy friend until 2 weeks ago so a few days ago i asked her out she said yes, then 2 days later i get a call from her friend and says shes breaking up with me because her feelings are mixed up right now. Then a few hours later she emailed me saying that she still wants to hook up with me but she thinks now is not the best time for us.

My wife caught our 10year old daughter kissing another girl her age. She spoke to them both and told them she will not tolerate any inappropriate behavior. She was stern with them enought to let them know she meant business but didn't fly off the handle. We realize at that age children begin to explore. Should we pursue talking with her about her actions any further or just let it go and pray this is just a phase? Also should we let the other parent know what happened?

we have been going out for seven months and ever since the beginning of our relationship he and my little sister have been talking, like when im on the phone with him he'll be like "hey can I talk to your sis?" I work all day and when I get home I get online to talk to him but he always has to go, but then I look at my sisters myspace and see that they were talking right before I got home. and then he told me that he loved her and she was very pretty but he loves me more. am i just being paranoid and jealous? I dont want him to love her, I'm his girlfriend, not her, i dont mind if they are friends but i think there is a problem when he'd rather talk to her than me. I dont want to lose him but I dont know what to do.

I handle the bills and try to be conservative with money with one income and a family of five. He started playing poker and said he's going every week no matter what I think. He said spending $10 weekly is no big deal, and laughed at my seriousness of the matter. I can understand going twice a month or on occasion but I think he is being selfish. What do you think?

Do you like to take naps at home when you have nothing to do? Is napping a common practice these days after you get married? Do you still do the things you do in your younger days like going out to meet friends or have some sports? Or is napping the more common practice these days?

If so, why do you nap more these days?
