every time i've liked a guy,i've always told them straightforwardly & the response has always been a " as a friend" or "i would have said yes,but i'm not looking for a relationship right now"....& it's not as if i'm not popular or anything,everyone likes me & i have lots of lovely friends(btw,i'm in college & 17) & i'm not the prettiest girl in school either,but i'm not bad looking though(by what my friends say).it's awkward when ppl ask me how many relationships i've been in cos i always have to say "actually,none"...somehow feels sad...

is there something wrong with me?

The semester is over, and we've only met on the bus and walking from the bus, so i may never see her again :(

i was thinking last night that yeah you know im over him but then today me and him both stayed home from school and i called him and he was being the nicest person ever.. like he always is. he makes me laugh when i wanna cry and like noone could ever take his place.. but we need to let go of eachother and i know we do. but for the past year and 4 months hes had my heart... even when hes gone out with another girl.. its not like hes using me either though.. we've just been going back and fourth to eachother becuz we know that we still like eachother. i know him more then anyone or anything and i know hes not using me.. he'd do anything to see my smile and i know he would.. so my question is.. what do i do? we arent together and probably wont get together again.. i hope we do but we probably wont. anyways.. whats ur opinion?

I been talking to him for a while and he seems like a great guy. He is also looking for someone and I know he has tons of ladies after him so how can I make myself stand out from the others. 866-258-8734 keeps showing up on my caller id. Each time I answer the phone, a lady with a hindu accent asks to speak to my husband. When, I tell her he isn't here, she'll have to speak to me, his wife...she hangs up.
When I try to call the number back, it just rings and rings, or someone picks up and slams the reciever down.
When, my husband answers, the same woman asks for me
and then hangs up on my husband before he can get me on the phone.
This person has called 5 times today and 8 times, yesterday. and 7 times the day before.
Anyone ever had this number show up on their Id...if so what company is it and what do they want?

ok. me & my ex have been broken up for 3 weeks. we were together 2 and half years. and he already has another gf. he wants to be friends and stuff. & i want to be friends too. but every time i talk to him i just get even more hurt. he talks about him & his new gf. & it makes me sick to my stomach. i dont want to talk to him cause i just end up getting hurt. but i want us to be friends. cause i want him in my life. he made me who i am today. i just cant forget all about him. i want to get over him. and i know the only way to get over him is to not talk to him. but i want to talk to him. and he wants to talk to me. i dont know what i should do! I keep in written contact with someone who never responds. What motivates me to keep in contact with this person? We were good friends at one time, but the connection disappeared when I didn't physically show myself for long periods at a time. Ftankly, I am rather inhibited by this man, why would I subject myself (woman) to chances of rejection on a weekly basis. I also bring him things on each holiday. Why do I do this?
