You always hear the saying "Always look your best when you meet a person for the very first time." Honestly, what do yall think about it. Usually, you meet your true love when you are in sweats and a shirt, so why do people make the first meeting such a memorable one?

This is my frist marriage (1 month and half) to this man I truly love. I am wondering if conseling would help us to save our marriage. Here is the story, he left me for his dad while I was ill and taking care of my parents, my dad had a rare form of disease and my mother had sleeping problem and I really couldn't leave them. Now I am trying to find out what went wrong. So should I seek for marriage counseling? Thanks

ok heres the thing....i really like this boy. but ever since this new girl came to our college class, he acts as if hes leaning torwards her. Ok, i said i liked him and he said he liked me. This new girl is actually my friend, and she says she kinda likes him too. I was on chat with him one day, and he said he HATED this new girl. but they were passing PRIVATE notes one day in class and i caught one while she was throwing it back to him... it said do u like amy? (thats me) he responded NO underlined 4 times.. the part im mad about is that he said he hates her and likes me, and now hes telling her he likes her.should i dump him?

My best friend (shes a girl I'm a guy, we are both 15, I like her more and think she may too) was sick for about two weeks, and she is good in school so she is fine with most, but we do high level maths so two weeks of that is alot. She called me today in school (she was still home sick) and asked if I could text her the maths, but I told her how far ahead we had gone, so she asked me to come over to her place on saturday to show her. First off, is this a sign of anything? (not really reading too much into it, I just assume she doesnt want to fall behind) And what things can I do that might show her a bit more that I like her? I dont want to tell her outright, because if she doesnt feel the same then it might make the friendship "weird".

My final is coming up in 28 days, and so far we don't agree on who gets what. I've been married for 23 years and we have 3 houses. Does her lawyer try to make me look bad and my lawyer try to make her look bad....is it just a big negotiation....does the judge really wanna hear who was the worst who was the best.....if you've been there please write......i have paid my child support plus extra to her and my boys.....who by the way have been taken from her and placed in state custody for being out of control.... she just quit a job that she had been on for 6 years(her boss laid her off)....and I am nervous as hell about what is going to happen.

i let my best friend of 19yrs move into my home her and my husband started spending time together ingoring me...u get the idea....i left...they became fully involed living together...i started seeing a guy from my past we split up for a lil over a mth...now ive been back for going on 3mths and he has started talking to me like trash again...and his money seems to be disappearing...and i get the feeling thats hes cheating again...now heres another problem to throw at ya...the guy from my past...i cant get him out of my mind...im getting fed with the way my husband has been talking to me...EXAMPLE...we got into a arguement a few days ago and i was crying.now i didnt say anything about leaving but all of a sudden he hollars when u leave my kids stay here...he walked out of the room!he came back in and i said u could care less if i left...just as long as i didnt take the girls with me....he said NOTHING....so what now?????????????

I was just wondering whether any of white girls out there are married to or in a relationships with hindu guys and if so whether it works fine? Is mixing indian with western culture not too much of a shock, given the liberation of woman in western societies and the modern model of a family etc...does a hindu man not expect to be the god to his wife and to be glorified.....does he adapt to the western model, where the woman is mostly the goddess or is he still despotic and possessive? cheers:)

I am starting to really like a good guy friend of mine. We dated 2 years ago and it ended because he didn't like me as much as I loved him. We've been friends since then, but we've been intimate lately, starting this summer. That was my first mistake. We are not dating or together at all, just friends that fool around. I can't do it anymore or I will fall in love with him again. I have been turning down his passes for a month now and he is now a good friend, like we were before we dated. He asks me to hang out all of the time. This makes me want to ask him if he likes me again. My brain says no he just wants in your pants again. I called him out on it while he was asking me to spend the night and he ofcourse denied it . I would just ask him all of this but we are not dating and I don't want him to think that I think we are and I don't want to overstep my boundaries. Do I sit him down and ask him all this or just assume he wants in my pants and keeping saying no?

o.k. I am in this relationship with this guy.We have been going out for like alittle more than a half a year.I am 17 and he is 19.He is in College in Brookings,South Dakota.I go to a Private high school in Minnesota and am a junior.We are pretty serious like we have sex alot and yeah. He gave me a promise ring and we both want to get married to each other. I know it sounds like we are going alittle fast but, we aren't really.He will be in college for like 4 to 6 years and I hate waiting.He is a very patient person.I love him and don't want to break up but, thats along time being away in college.I do trust him though.He isn't like guys who cheat. I get to talk to him like almost every night and see him sometimes.Its really hard for me to think about him being away that long.Will it last?Will he change toward the worse?He says that loves me.

This is a poem my brother wrote to read at my wedding reception. My Dad told him he couldn't (rightly so...)
The part about the caulk is...my husband was working in the backyard and it started to rain, his dad threw some tubes of caulk inside our grill so they wouldn't get wet.....and forgot about them until he fired it up...need i say more??
