He is the best ever to me but i still have feelings for another guy who wants to be only friends. I talk to both of them on the phone all the time and they both understand me!! Should i just give up hope on still being with the guy still like or should i just move on to my best budd. Im scared we'll ruin our wounderful friendship though...what should i do?

I have two boy from a prior relationship that just didn't work out. Their dad was always in jail from the moment we got together. He has not be part of their lives. His he not paying child support. So on 3 1/2 years went by i met my husband at first he got alone with my boys okay. know i have 2 girls with him and some times he acts really mean to the boys he puts them down. He doesn't do the things he did before, I have a really problem. there has been times when i just want to get up and leave with my kids and leave him behind, but he is a wonderfull dad to his girls.. I don't know what to do. Please help,,,, i don't want stupid answers this is serious

My ex-husband and I were married for a little over 20 years. It is my understanding that his retirement pension and savings plan are community property. However, it seems that he is blocking me from getting my portion now that he is recieving his benefits. I want to know if this is legal or if I need to get a lawyer and fight for what is rightfully mine. Anyone???

ok, now shes 13 I'm 15. We've been friends since like I wuz 7. Now it is totally obvious, because she makes herself perfectly clear, that she wants nothing more than to be friends. I am respeceting that, and giving her space, we havent talked about it 4 3 weeks. My question is, does she like me at all, or is she scared, cuz she says she doesnt want to ruin a friendship??

But, like a few months ago, it was completely obvious she liked me, I mean people thought we were dating, then she found out I liked her, and she reall backed off. And she told her mom, who she is really close to , that she is really scared, because she doesnt want to take the chance of ruining the friendship. But what should I do/ think:? Because, now she is like totally all over these other guys, like she used to be with me, and it rips my heart out. And please dont tell me I'm to young, I have like many girls, but none like her. I've been trying to let this go forever, but it is really really hard, because I really care for her, I would do anything in this world, anything to be with her, but I want her to be happy , and if shes not happy with me, thats fine. But what should i do?

I mean she's never beenin a relationship, so she could be scared, will anything ever happen in the future, I mean I am respecting her wishes, and she knows that, We havent talked about it for a long time, could anything possibly happen in the future??

I love my family so much, they have helped me through some very difficult times latley and wouldn' never want to hurt their feelings BUT they are driving me nuts!!!! Ok, I'm getting divorced so it's just me and my kids now but I can't even go tot he grocery store with out my cel ohone ringing and if I don't answer it the phone is ringing when I get home "Where were you I couldn't reach you!" Forget about it if I'm aout for more than a couple hours, they put out an all points bullitin, I get calls from every family member...I am 36 years old and I have three kids!!! I was in the perfect time and place to kiss this girl and i didnt. WHY!!!!!!I had no reason not to. I play the part in my head and during the time i thought over and over again on doing it. The fact of kissing was not the entire thing but a big part that i wanted that night and from all the signs i think she did to.
