You need to think long and hard about this before making a decision. Our opinion doesn't really matter. It doesn't effect us. It effects your life and that of your husband or future husband. Are you sure you don't want more children? Have you talked to your doctor about the risks of another pregnancy for you? Does your husband want more children (or if unmarried) do you find it important to be able to give your future husband a child of his own? If you don't have a solid answer for all of these questions, I would put of having a tubal ligation. You are very young, and you don't know what life may bring. Perhaps birth control is a better option for you for the time being. think it over, talk to your doctor and husband (if you have one).
Good Luck, it's a big decision.

Don't get your tubes tied, yet. Use birth control for now. Try something different more stronger birth control. Talk to your doctor. You might decide later on in life that you want another. You never know what the future holds. Just think about it.

Most doctors won't tye your tubes until you are in your late 30's early 40's. They figure you'll regret it.

I don't see why you can't use birth control or just condoms in the mean time. As long as you are taking your birth control correctly and using the condoms correctly then there's really no reason why you should be getting pregnant.

From the health problems you are running into, I think yes is the right answer. You have 2 twin boys right? and you love them, but how many times do you want to go threw the hurt of having miscarriages, my wife had one about 2 months ago and i know how it is, its very sad and heart breaking. and with you being Diabetic maybe the best thing for you is to have your tubs tide, so you can enjoy your husband more fuller and your boys for many years to come.

you need to think about your health in a situation like you have described. my advice to you would be to get your tubes tied and then enjoy your twins. my wife is also diabetic and she has so many health problems resulting from having diabetes. the world will not end if you only have two children

It's up to you.
If your body is rejecting all these pregnancies it means your uterus isn't strong enough to carry them.
It's also a lot of wear and tear on your body. Having a lot of miscarriages will also leave you with scar tissue.
If you don't want any more children maybe you should, but you should talk to your partner about the issue.

Do what you feels is right. Do you want to chance dying and leaving your twins for another baby? Listen to your doctor, and talk to your husband about it. Then make an informed decision

Sounds like you should do something, you don't risk your life because you have the twins to take care of. If you don't want to do something so permanent, have you thought about an IUD? or maybe your man having a vasectemy... which can be successfully reversed these days.

Take care

will thats a toughie. What does your man think of it? and you are only 21? at that age if your dr suggested it it might be best c/ they really dont like to do that type of procedure on someone so young. I would also get a 2nd opinion.
