The father of my baby is still married. In which I never new untill I was 4months preg. My question is> Do I have to let him see her? I want nothing to do with him.And I don't want my baby around him. Is there any way I can keep him from coming to see us when I have her in October ? How do I go about getting all rights ? Please HELP !

Ok, i went out with this guy i really liked, and he cheated on me so we broke up and all that good stuff, well then i fell for this other guy well this other guy had to move, so we never really got to go out, all we did was kiss. The other night the one that cheated on me kissed me, and now i think i like him again but the guy that moved is supposed to come down this weekend and were supposed to hang out together. Which one should i choose the one that broke my heart or the one that lives an hour away? Please help me!!!

My wife is bent on destroying our family and refuses to get any treatment or read any books. I am willing to get the same tests/help or what ever just to get her in. Who knows, I may be the crazy one. I have read Dr Laura's books, Dr. Phil's books (I even got asked to be on the show. Because she would not go, he would not help. Boo for him.) I have even contacted Robi Ludwig (she is expensive) I have even ordered a few books online to no avail. She believes she is saving "her children" as she calls them from abuse. Don't ask, I don't get it. My three boys 6,9 &10 have a very good life with the exception of the mounting tension. I don't know who to ask for help. We have been to 3 psychologist and they just seem to make matters worse. I fear for my boys safety at this point because only a crazy woman would be so destructive to her marriage and family. Any suggestion? How and who do I see for treatment if she refuses?

Alrighty... well there this girl that goes to my school, that I meet online (myspace) blah blah... anyway one day I was riding my dirtbike and I stopped a a gas station to fill up, after I was done I put on my helment on and then her,her sister and dad pulled up in a van. Then I see her and her sister taking pictures of me. So when I got home I messaged her on myspace about it, and she was like "oh that was you?" "You so hott... blah blah blah..." ok then fast forward to the second day of school, at the end of pe I was standing outside by the door and she was inside, then she came out...like 2 feet infront of me... so I waved and she glanced up then waived and quickly put her head down and walked away... I am a 16 almost 17 year old guy, been with my girlfriend for 6 months now. It's been going good, we both have said we love each other and we lost our virginity together. She is also 17. My question revolves around this: Whenever we're together things feel great, but we don't have the same conversations and jokes like we used to. I don't understand why it is, perhaps it could be growing apart?. I get nervous everytime I'm not with her because perhaps she's hitting on another guy, or has feelings growing for someone else who isn't me? I'm not sure deep down if I want to break up with her, or let it last and see what happens. I have a feeling the only reason I may want it to continue is because I couldn't picture seeing her with another guy. She admits she is jealous at times too. Our relationship involves us going to different schools, and I have ditched alot of friends to be with her at times. If anyone has any advice it would be most appreciated. Thankyou!!

my friend likes this guy && he says all this really nice stuff about her [[how amazing she is, how no one should treat her badly, etc]] but he likes someone else, how should she make herself noticed? she's been asking me for help but i have no clue, plus he lives farther away so he's not around too much but they talk every night via aim.

I have been with my bf for 6 1/2 years, have lived together (renting) 2 months after we started dating & are looking at buying a house. If we buy a house he says that it is going under his name, so if we break up the house is his & I get nothing. We r not married & he said if we were it would be different with the whole house thing. I said if that is the case I am not buying a house with him until we r married. He said if I want to get married then I can pay 4 my own ring because it is a waste of money and I am the one wearing it. IF we buy this house, he expects me to pay for half of the mortgage, half of the utilities but wants me to sign an agreement that he gets the house if we break up. I am not ok with this AT ALL. I don't think that is right, I work fulltime, all of my money goes 2 half of everything, if we split I get nothing. He said he is just protecting himself, & I said that I'm just protecting myself. What do you think about this and what do you think that I should do?

I have been friends with this girl for 17 years. I know I can talk to her about anything. We allways tell each other what is bothering us. Well my bf hasn't been spending a lot of time with me latley and I have talked to her about it. But everytime I say something to her she always gives me negitive advice like well maybe he's cheating on you or maybe he doesn't love you anymore. I know for a fact that my bf is not cheating. it's mostly him just stayin home to play poker online or hang out with his friends. I trust my bf. But I dont' think she has a right to say anything negative about my relationship when she is with a guy that does drugs, and calls her kids bastards. and he's cheated on her and she still stays with him.
