Genealogy : What is "Illiquid Case. Restitution Of Conjugal Rights"?

I have come across a document in an on-line archive relating to a relative in my family tree with the title:

"Illiquid Case. Restitution Of Conjugal Rights"

Can any one tell me what this means?

Illiquid usually is a term to describe money or assets that can not be eaily transferred. Conjugal usually refers to marriage. Usually the term Illiquid Case: Restition of conjugal Rights, is talking about a court case after a divorce in which it is difficult to discern what to transfer to the receiving party. For example spouse spent most money on stocks, they divorce, and it is hard to convert those stocks into cash for alimony. What this would have to do with your family tree I have no idea.

I do not know what the "illiquid case" part means, oter than translating the word literally. That said "conjugal rights" is the the principle that ( under Roman Dutch law ) whereby a man had a "right" to have intercourse with a wife, if married and vice versa. This was etabished as a legal right which was a consequence of a legal marriage. The resitution part probably refers to the fact that the Person was denied a divorce and so all conjugal rights were restored. There is a lot of reading on the subject of course, but thats the basic idea.
