What do you do if he's clueless?

my friend likes this guy && he says all this really nice stuff about her [[how amazing she is, how no one should treat her badly, etc]] but he likes someone else, how should she make herself noticed? she's been asking me for help but i have no clue, plus he lives farther away so he's not around too much but they talk every night via aim.

Come right out and just tell the truth. If someone can't handle that, then it wasn't meant to be in the first place.
