I just met this guy today. I was walking with a friends named Jason to the bus stop where normally 3 buses wait for high school kids to get on. Well, both our bus weren't there, so we thought they weren't coming at all and jsut stood there waiting like veryone else. Suddenly he starts talking to this guy who says he was going to military school. In my head I was like, "He must be kidding", but after he was serious, I was like, "Your seriously going to military school?" And was like, "Yup" and after that Jason's bus came and he left and me and his friends (Ruben) stayed talking, our bus came like a minute later and we got on and comtinued talking all the way. At the end of the ride, his stop came and he asked me for a pen, I had a pencil and let him barrow it. He grabbed a notebook wrote his number down and gave it to me. What does it mean? Does he really like me, or is just trying to make a friend? He was really cute, and I liked our conversation, but I dont wanna jump to conclutions.

They have been married for >25 years, and for most of my life, they seem to be on and off again. The arguments are becoming extremely derogitory, unfair and might excalate to violence. Worst of all, I unfortunately see some of my father's traits in me, and it tears me apart!

I know we've probably had a million questions dealing with this, but if you really feel like you love someone, what does age have to do with it? I myself am 16, she 20. I would say I completely know and understand myself (most people tell me i'm way too mature for my age), but I'm probably lacking other things (dating / sex exp). I was just wondering...would that really make a difference to ladies if I wasn't even graduated High School?

Me and mark* were hanging out one day about two months agao and we were chillind drinking a littleand talking and he was telling me that he was ready to marry Lizzie* and how if he had to do it all over again he would choose me over her. Of course I knew it was the alchohol talking so i told him to stop. But he insisted that he was speaking straight from the heart. Then he kissed me. I know I should stopped him right there but I was feeling tipsy then one then led to another and we ended up sleeping together. We promised not to tell David*, my boyfriend, and Lizze. Well here we are two months later and I'm pregnant . I've thought about abortion but ruled it out because that's something I can't find myself doing. So what shour I do? I desperatly need advice.

I'm asking because my g/friend (serious, in love, talking of marriage, happy to have kids together) since Feb has an Ex (he's a good friend, she's been married, given birth, & divorced since) staying at her flat tonight. Am I worrying about nothing? I'm sure he IS sleeping on the sofa AND she did ask me if it was Ok for him to stay over on his way to see his father.
Just wanted to get this off my chest and see other people's thoughts!
If it matters: She's 30, I'm 42.

i like my friends older brother, who is only a year older than me. i want to ask him to homecoming but i don't know if he thinks of me as his little sister's friend or something more. i talk to him and flirt with him and he tlaks and flirts back. im really old fashioned and i feel like guys should initiate things because im not good at that, but he doesn't go to my school, he actually lives in another town, but i see him at church. i think he might have been purposely showing me his boxers, but im not sure. my friend said he was.... and he smiles at what i say one minute, and seems to realize what hes doing and stops smiling and rolls his eyes, but then he smiles at me again (all the details my friend who is really reliable noticed)

Here's what happened: my girlfriend's sister, who is younger than us (she's in high school, we're in college) was fooling around with her ouiji board. I had never used one before, so we all gave it a try. I don't believe in that stuff, but the board spelled out 'you [my girlfriend] should give your heart to someone else'. I noticed that my girlfriend's sister was pretty well leading the whole process, and her eyes would jump to the next letter before it started to move.

I always thought we got on good, but I don't understand why she would spell that out. I don't know how to act around her. If it was deliberate (it was), should I be pissed? Upset? Weirded out?

There was alot of things about him and his life (baggage) that I didn't know and really had no way to find out.
I dated him for a year before we got married and the marriage lasted 2 years.
But I still feel like I never really got to know the "real" him...

My mother and father give much attention to my brothers and sisters. They barely give any to me and I want attention. My brothers and sisters hit, scream, kick, cry, and get their way all the time. I do all the babysitting for four children. I do not (hardly) get paid. I have been doing this for two weeks, since my brother got placed in public school. I have to babysit for a 10yrold, an 8yrold, and a 5yrold. I do get out daily, but how can I demand my parents pay attention to me? My father barley talks to me when I talk to him but DEMANDS attention from the others. My mother doesn't want me to start public school but she's willing to put my 10yrold sister in it.

What can I do to demand attention? Because I'm starting to slip through the cracks and go un-noticed... and I don't know how much more of this un-noticedness I can take.

I'd also like to do it without getting in trouble. I have a clean record with my parents, and I'd like to keep it that way.

Im 19 hes 24 i love him very much, it will be our 1 yr anniversary soon.
We talked about maraige, i was preg. but had a miscairage.
But he seriously has like 6 shoe boxes filled with basketball cards, and he still buys them , at least 3 a week that cost on average $6-$40
He still lives at home , hes the only child and his mom n dad are awsome. He still goes to punk/ rock concerts all day at least twice a month.
And he claimes he wants to get married get a better job and start a family.
Im more ready for all this then him. To me his habits as i listed seem very childish somthing teenager boys in HS do.

Is this what average men do at that age? he will be 25 in Dec.

He curses alot, i cant stand it. Its just very immature to me.

Dont get me wrong hes a nice guy treats me nice , has a good job. Just The things i listed i cant stand
