My husband & I are not getting along for a long long time and I really want to divorce. For the past 9 years (we dated 4 years and married for 5 years) he has been mentally and verbally abusive sometimes. And he has serious gambling problems that stressed me out every day. He just told me today that if we divorce and if I ever find someone and re-married, he will try to fight for full custody of our son (6 years old now). What should I do? Can he really fight to get a custody of my son?? I really don't want to lose my son and I am really scared. What should I do? Please give me advise! Thank you!

I really want to see her again. I can't wait til this stupid thing expires, but I want to make sure the time is right. Sure, I did crazy things but that was because I wasn't on my meds. I think if she sees the new me she will like it.

I ran into a old botfriend and he later asked someone for my number. I didnt and was not looking for romance or anything near it cause I had just ended a bad marriage. well we started talking one night and one thing led to another. we started dateing and he even took me around all his family and i would even stay @ his moms w/him and we even started going to friends houses together BBQ's and other functions. we would drive all over town together i would drive his car and he mine we would leave for weekend get aways all the stuff couples do you know?. but one day i ran into him at a store he acted like he didnt know me. come to find out that the women he was with is his wife and he just got a place with her. He later called me and said that he loves me and doesnt want to loose what we have. I told him that I do not mess w/ married men and that what we had was a lie to begin with and that i now look cheap ..Oh yea i just found out that I am haveing his baby! should i let her know or not?

My daughter is in the 4th grade, the children are approximately 10yrs old. She said the teacher ask those questions to her students and a bunch of them raised their hands for staying home alone and a few raised their hands for babysitting. we've been together since christmas eve 05 and we talk on the phone, see each other alot, and msn if we get desperate (lol) but its kind of long distance, and i know some of his friends, and i went down to see him (sorta) and i saw him hanging out with a girl but i just left, went back home, he doesnt mention the other girl but a mutual friend told me hes been screwing and talkin to this girl and he really likes her and then one of my friends told me that same.

he treats me the same, still tells me he loves me and i love him more than anything in the world, we fight alot (because we care so much about each other) its hard having a long distance relationship but i love him and ive done some bad things to do but none of it meant anything, i care about him and i love him and i know he loves me.

its just so hard right now to be in a relationship but i dont want to break up with him, when we break up we usually try to date other ppl, end up dating other ppl for like 3 weeks

I know this really hot girl at work and for the last few weeks we stare at each other and flirt in an indorect way.


Well I was in the lunch room and she came from behind me and began french kissing me. It was great but I did not give her permission to do this . Sure i like her but i considered this sexual harassment and filed a complaint with the office manager and she was fired because they have a ZERO tolerance for sexual harassment.

Just because guys flirt does not give girls permsission to violate them.

all the guys in my office agree she is hot but it gave her no right to violate me. did i do the right thing?

I'm considering breaking off the friendship with one of my very close friends. We both went out for 17 months with each other and had no problems in our relationship. I broke it off with him because I wasn't so sure I didn't want to be with him anymore. He didn't talk to me for 5 months because he was so hurt by me ending the relationship. We finally got back into contact with each other on July 13 (about a month and a half from today). Everytime we talk, I feel really happy. He's such a sweet guy.
For some reason, I'm getting this joy from the thought of getting rid of him as a friend. We don't ever fight about anything and are in a healthy relationship.
I keep thinking so negatively about him about things he's never did to me. I keep thinking he raped me, abused me, hit me. In reality, I know he'd never do that. He's not the type of person to harm anyone, verbally or physically.
When I think about him positively, I just get so sad. And I've noticed that's with anything now.
