Hi, I'm a single mother who doesn't have a job right now. In the past, I could never hold/keep a job because I always quit due to depression. Currently, I am on welfare or collecting child support from my ex-husband. My ex-husband made an argument with me saying that it's not ok for me to stay home with my child and take care of him full-time when I could be working instead by making money to help pay the bills. I am also a full-time student in college. I am working on getting a degree in Education and I want to be a teacher some day. However, there is a chance that I may get disability and not have to work because I am hearing-impaired in both ears and I may have a mental incapability to work a full-time job. I could probably work part-time while on disability, but I don't have to. Do you think I'm a loser because I'm not working (and on welfare)? Is my ex-husband right? Should I be working?

I broke up with my x a few days ago because i felt it was right at the moment because after all i know i still love him and it was hard for me to do that. the reason why i broke up with him was because first of all he cheated on me and secondly is that i know it was his first time doing that to be over all he's still a good person and when i did break up with him i told him i wanted him to be happy and to be happy. yet when i asked him a few questions he was confused (example:) do you love me? (he say:) No (I say:) Okay tell me if it's true swear to god then that you don't love me? (he says:) No .. now i'm asking what should i do?

I 'm a young african woman aged 32,married 3 years back with a man who is 43 of age from my country too.We have no child.He has 2 daughters with other woman.I found him divorced.Meanwhile,I am doing my Masters programme in university far from my home place.In my course work there is a need of doing group work and presentating.We are four in my group,three ladies and one gentleman.Yesterday we had to meet,this time it was at my place since I have got a computer as a tool for working,and the other lady who we were using her room was not back yet form where she went.As usual my husband called,he was able to hear a voice of this gentleman who was also talking with a phone,from that time he don,t believe if it was only discussion,he insinsting that this man is my manfriend,despite the fact that I explain it in total.In this situation I can't conentrate in my studies in more because he is writting alot of disturbing messages.And he has not called since last night.What us not normal.
