Both are very much abused......
But I'll say "I'm sorry".....cause you can say it to anyone and "i love you" cant be used for everyone around.
Hence the more we use it, the more abused it gets.

Both!!! Saying Im sorry too often makes you come off as needy and saying i love you too often makes you seem desperate and they are both terribly abused, which is sad, b/c they both carry alot of power and meaning when used properly...

I love you honey but I'm sorry. I love you and I'm sorry doesn't mean you can do it again and again and again. Because if he truly loved you he wouldn't have done it in the first place. Don't take that line "I wasn't thinking" they think, they just thought how to get back to you because you caught them on something that made them look like a child and you called them on it.

I think "I'm sorry." is more abused than the other. However, both are used sometimes hand in hand

That is a really good question...and I can't choose an answer.
People apologize for things, even when they don't mean it...and people confess love, even when it's just lust.
I guess if you consider children into the question, it's probably saying I'm sorry.

I think "I love you" is more abused. I hate it when guys tell me they "love" me when they have no clue who I am. They just met me a few hours or days ago. Love takes time and commitment.

i think their both being constantly abused by guys but i think im sorrry is worse....but thats just me but thats a rly good question by the way
