i feel like bf is to shy to do anything to me we've been going out for a little while he has kissed me and we've held hands and he puts his arm around me but when he does it he acts really nevours.wat should i do and wat should i say to him?

You should act towards him how youwant him to act towards you.So he will know it is okay.Maybe he just doen't want to disrespect you becayse he thinks you are really a great girl.Or just ask him about it,bring it casually when yall are on that type of subject so he wont feel dumb.

for every action there is a equal reaction if he puts his arm around you lean your head on his chest and so on just go with the flow but don't get to pushy just in case he is that shy
