Regarding your other question:

As hard as this old advice is, the best thing to do is to not look for a girl. Keep yourself busy with the things you enjoy in life, and with school.

Also, it might not seem that way now, but at 16 many people are not successfully dating. Those same people go on to have plenty of dates later, and even fall in love and get married.

I know, because I felt that way at your age. I didn't start dating until I was 18, and a year later met the man I eventually married. He was 22 at the time, and I was the first person her ever really dated.

I won't tell you it will be easy to wait and not worry, but I will tell you that plenty of girls will be very interested in going out with you.
