For a male, it's an involuntary muscle contraction where we feel many sensations: First, we feel a buildup of tension. Then, a rising pressure down below. Then, we feel a pleasurable sensation between the a_nus and the scr0tum in an area called the seminal vesicle.
It's getting ready to blow.
Then, finally there is the moment of no return. Once passed, the tension increases and there is nothing we can do but keep pumping. The area described above intensifies until we literally feel a valve open, and a gush of fluid being rushed through the urethra.
The contractions are like sneezes and we cannot stop them. As the liquid passes down the tube, it is like we cannot move. The farther down the tube it goes, the more pleasurable it becomes until the semen spurts out the tip in a white blast.
The muscles continue to force more and more liquid out the tip and every contraction is a separate moment of exctasy. Finally, after about 6-8 secretions of fluid, the seminal vesicle closes, and the contractions cease. The moment is over, and the lingering feeling is one of heightened sensitivity and exhaustion.
