We are getting married on Friday, and both of us are pretty much depressed right now! We think it is the stress of work, and all the overwhelming things that come along with a wedding, like family in town and decision making and all that.
We are excited to get married, are very in love, and know we are making the right decision...so what the heck is going on with us?!
Has this happened to anyone else?

Well, First off. My mom has lived with her mother her entire life. me and my sister were raised in the house with mom and grandma but grandma was always sole parent while my mom acted like a child, gambling, spending all her money on toys etc and neglecting the both of us. My grandma has taken care of her like she is still a 15 yr old child. Grandma is pushing 90 now and me and my sister both know it's only a matter of time before we lose her. The question is, since my mom is "unable" to take care of herself, pay her rent, etc. where should me and my sister's responsibilities lie with her. I live out of state and my sister lives about 30 minutes away from them. Neither one of us will feel comfortable allowing mom to live with us. I think this is what mom feels will happen when grandma passes. She always thinks somebody will take care of her. Do we leave her out in the cold or what?

He would have to be at the house all the time anyway to watch children. I would not have enough money to live on, but too much money to qualify for assistance. He does not make enough to pay more than nominal child support.

I'm in the dog house over something that I perceive as really stupid. I went to Catalina over the weekend with my mother, father, brother and sister. My girlfriend couldn't make it and stayed home.

Upon returning yesterday, my girlfriend was very happy to see me. I showed her the pictures that I took while I was there; everything was fine until she came accross the picture that was taken in a bar of my brother standing next to a young girl in her early 20's flashing me her bare breasts.

She said, "I was home all weekend cleaning the apartment while you were in Catalina filming pornography. As far as I know, you had an orgy with her" My girlfriend is 34 and Brazilian, so maybe there's a culture clash???

I thought the picture was actually funny, but I was going to delete it until my brother and father said that it was indeed a funny picture and I should leave it in.

My girlfriend has been cheated on before, but I would hope that she trusts me, just like I trust her. Help.

I have been dating a guy for 4 months, everything went well. Met each others family and he wanted me to move in his house with him and my daughter. He wanted me to transfer my job over by where he lives. We had soo many plans and everything was fine. I got arrestested last week for something real stupid & because of him I came out. "he's a cop". I spoke to him afterwards & everything seemed fine. The last time I heard from him was this past Fri and he sounded very depressed & told me that he just put his house on the market 2 sell, he also told me that he would call me later on, because he was very busy. That was the last time I heard from him & he wont pickup my calls and wont respond to my messages. We were remodelling the house 2gether so we would boths move in. What do u think? Should I go to his house? I have most of my stuff overthere. Should i wait until he calls me? Do u think he dumped me because of the incident with my arrest? Do you think he just needs time alone?

So I met this guy and he is amazing...successful, gorgeous, and a really nice guy. He's the kind of guy I could see myself spending a long time with. We hung out this weekend but I'm insanely shy...I just get so nervous when I'm around him...not a bad nervous I really like him a lot and I think things would work out if I got over my shyness...but I don't know where to start...I know that if we hung out more I would come out of my shell and my shyness would go away but I don't want to scare him off before that happens...can anyone help me?
