My son, who is only 13, keeps wanting me to buy weights for him because he wants to "buff up". I told him that buffing up isn't very healthy if you go over the limit. My question is, is he too young to be soliciting his muscles, because I don't want him to ruin his body and look even worse when he's older because he pushed himself too hard at such a young age.
P.S.: He's not the kind of guy who does only what he can, he likes to push himself to the limit.
