I would never have sex with anyone other than my spouse, so in my case, I don't feel guilty after sex. Cheating is wrong, and disrespectful

You should feel guilty immediately after cheating if you don't already.
Cheaters suck.
I agree, if you have the urge to cheat, you should talk it over with your spouse.
Both people in the relationship might concur that an open relationship is just what the doctor ordered.
You should ask yourself why you are cheating and discuss the issues with your spouse, chances are you could work it out.

I've never had sex with someone other than my spouse cuz she's the perfect fit for me but if I did the guilt would completely overwhelm me physically, mentally and spiritually. If you don't feel guilty then you don't belong in a committed relationship with ANYBODY.

Well I had an affair while with my first wife. Actually with the wonderful lady that I'm with now. This was after the decision to leave was already made. But after seeing the pain and hurt it caused yes I did feel a sense of guilt. You don't realize until after the fact how much it hurts others.

yes of course one must feel guilty even if you have the least feelings for your partner that's why it's best to always draw the line so both knows his/her limits.
Intimacy is a union, one can't take lightly not even just for fun.In a triangle, all people concerned gets the kick and that's going to be heartbreaking for everyone if it's just to kill time..leisure isn't wasting someone elses' time&loving care attention.
Just stick to your principles and learn to say "no" every now & then.Once shattered it's irreplacable so just don't bother if a moment of ecstasy equals a chain reaction of unstability, sadness and heartaches...it's just not worth it.

Anyone who is married should not have sex with someone else and if you do, or feel the urge you should tell your partner. Not you but he/she should make the discion. By not telling the truth you are not giving them chance.
