If very difficult sometimes.You can see if she change her habits,behaviors,if she is calling many times,going out many times,changing her make up,taking more showers,and on and on.
But in general if the woman is a master cheating,you will never know.On the other hand is the same with men.If the man is a master cheating,his wife will never,never know.If you talk with a cheating master man or woman, they can tell you how they do without let any clue.

Number 1 thing to look for...weight loss! Others to consider...does she all the sudden start dressing differently, work late, go out for coffee with co-workers and friends more often, buy new underwear, at the onset of the affair she will feel guilty so you might notice sex is more frequent but as the affair continues sex becomes less frequent. She might even start arguments for no reason, change her hair style. Hide cell phone bills, delete cell incoming and out-going calls. The list is endless...ask she might just tell you the truth.

If your asking this then you have some idea she is. Go with your gut feeling and make sure your right before confronting her with it. Yes, they do change when cheating and also they don't like facing you either. The best thing is watch her actions and see how much they have changed.

that just depends on what you call cheating,is she staying out later then usual,is she getting emails.Theres alot of things that yo u can see of check to see if there cheating.

I found out after so many times of her coming home "late"...odd phone calls....a change in our sex habits.
Talk to her....
IF she is cheating - it may be weighing on her and she may want to talk it out.

she would start acting diiferent.... her habits might change....she would claim to have to work late....first thing she'd do when she comes home is shower.....shes not as affectionate as she used to be......you catch her not wearing her wedding ring......shes more secretive.....you guys start having less sex......she says someone elses name during sex....
any of the above could be signs that she's cheating....
