I'm just wondering what I should do about one of my coworkers. She's black, and some of our customers are really prejudiced and totally ignore her when she's trying to help them. Instead, the come to me or one of the other white employees- even if it's obvious we are swamped with work.
This really hurts my coworker's feelings- she is very saddened and offended.
Is there anything I can do? I don't know what to say to her, except "Sorry. That's too bad."
oh, and for the record- she's the best worker in the place!! (I always screw up the cash registers)

I have a strained rel with my wife for a long time(yrs). Only recently I met this other woman. I am in another country and away from family/ "duty of a husband" for almot 1.5 yr. We communicate with phone only (same country/same city). But I feel pangs to her and to myself(guilt for my marriage/family). I some time want to get away from ALL these and be myself again (unhappy but no guilt). But now I like her a lot but don't want to hurt her. I also lied to her about marriage - I want/wanted to break someday somehow . That is another pangs. Now I don't know how and when (or at all). Should have been straight in the first day itself. But I thought she won't be serious. But now she is serious and likes me etc. She calls me everyday. She is also the type that I love.I don't see any opportunity to go back to my country/city soon(for the purpose of job). She is also from another country ( not my country and also country of our residence) . She is unmarried and away from her family.

Recently for some reason my b/f of 5 1/2 yrs. suggested we split-up but live together??????Now why would I want to be stuck cleaning up after him,cooking for him,watching our 2 yr old son 24/7...all the usual stuff with NO fringe benefits while he roams from one whore to the next under MY roof I pay for(he un-employed for last 5 yrs.) he has been working for 90 days and acting like king sh#t of Terd island,I never made him beg when I was the one working but he has left me home smokeless, cashless,etc...when I am upset after being home all day with no smokes and a 2 yr. old non-stop son,he screams at me and TRIES to make me feel guilty somehow.I always made sure he had smokes,a few bucks in his pocket,I even paid to have internet hooked up while I was working,FOR HIM,and I have learned to HATE the internet BECAUSE of HIM...he uses the internet for porn and "emotional" affairs???? I am wondering is this typical? In one day I have had one foreiner asking me American swear words, one computer nerd, telling me that he is waiting for his girlfriend to call, but asks me what turns me on and one foreigner trying to pick a fight with me over the internet (as if!) My husband and his exgirlfriend are still friends they dated in high school which was about 8 years back. They still talk and she calls him once in awhile and talks with his family..., she tells me she is just his friend and wantsto be mine, but the only reason they broke up is because he went to boot camp. Is it just me, or is it that sex really is overrated by far?

Cus.. I've seen an awful lot of posts that are worded as if they are coming from kids...

I don't know about you, but I'd sure tear my son/ daughter a new one if I found out they were on here saying this stuff!

Actually, I have a hard time figuring out where these parents are...and if they really care? Speaking of which, why are kids tought sex is something...lower than it really is?

Furthermore, concerning the "overrated sex" theory, who do we have to thank for that? Hollywood? The Entertainment Industry in general?

My fiance and I are getting married May 26, 2007. We'll be married in a gorgeous white gazebo outside. We'd really like to light a unity candle in our ceremony but I'm afraid that being outside the candles will blow out. Any suggestions? I have found battery operated LED lights but I'm not sure we could turn them on without being obvious. Or would that matter? I have also thought of oil candles. Will those get blown out by wind or does the oil make it harder for that to happen? I don't have a massive budget so I'd like to make sure of what I want to buy now so that I don't spend too much money. Thanks for all your help!
