My ex-boyfriend who is the father of my kids wants me to sign legal documents concerning the visitation rights. He knows that I want to get back together with him. He told me that if I sign those papers that would put us equal grounds. I just don't trust him and a part of me fears that he's going to use me into signing.

The legal documents are concerning child support but he knows that I can go after him for spousal support and that I have him for suppervised visition because he does have a criminal record.

What should I do. I love him and want to get back with him but I just can't trust him at this point in time.

Need advise.

i always wait to do everything till the very last minute- if that! i am late everywhere and with everything: paying the rent, getting car fixed, calling people back, ect. i work for a newpaper selling advertising and i am close to losing my job cause i can not meet graphics deadlines. even when i can turn ads in before deadline i sometimes wait. why am i like this?

my brother died when i was three and i don't remember him at all..when people ask me how many brothers and sisters i have i usually don't include him..i don't really know what to say because i feel bad for not including him but i don't want to go into it when i'm talking to people i don't know very well..what should i say? does this make any sense?

I have been planning a little surprise for my wife and daughter for when my daughter doesn't have to work. When I found out a few days ago that my daughter didn't have to work monday or tuesday I thought that would be a great time for the surprise. Since the three of us rarely do anything together I thought a nice couple of days away from home doing fun things together would be healthly and terrific. Instead of me surprising them...they surprised me.... when I got home from work I found out that my daughter had a friend staying for a couple of days. My wife never asks me my opinion of anything or if I have plans for anything. She just does what she wants. All it would have taken was a phone call but I guess the telephone is too heavy or is she being inconsiderate? What would you do? This has happened in the past too.....she always asks me why I didn't say anything? Doesn't people like surprises anymore?

I love him so much, he means the world to me. And I am not saying I don't get angry sometimes. But he works overnights and when he has to get up early he is a pissy. Which is understandable but he takes it out on me. I get his anger to the world, for I know the way he was raised and his dad throws things when it is going wrong, and has no patience. But he is getting better with age. I am ready to get married but I wonder if all relationships take so much work. We have been together for four years now, and I am at the point where I think we should be married or seperate, but seperating doesn't even seem to be in the equation for me or him, it is such love. When I think of our relationship I am reminded of the NOTEBOOK movie, where he says, "it is gonna be hard and we will have to work at it" Is that always true? Any suggestions? Do all relationships take work, is it always hard? Any ideas on how to calm his temper and impatience?

My sister and I are in our 40's this has gone on since we were 13 and 14 years old. Neither of us speak to our father now because ift has become such a hassel. Our step mother is rude to us and our children. They went on to have 3 of thier own children and of course they are the best and my sister and I have always been the out cast. we did try many times yet failed.
my husband does get erection when we warm up but when it gets down to business, his penis become soft. after so many times failing, i'm getting pissed off and eveytime we didn't make it, i start to get frustrated. i was trying so hard for him to be able to make it. i was damn tired!. he refuses to seek for any medical help cos he feels ashamed. he has high blood pressure. i asked him to do some sports as he never exercise. he said yes but nothing happens. he work from 8am-9pm daily. on weekends, he just rest and sleeps all the time when we're home. he keeps saying it's his work and financial problems that made him so stressful. he is just so stress and lost interest in sex! he is only 33 and i am 25!
