my mother and my boyfriend had another fight today. it was awful. actually my mother told him a lot of horrible things and she kicked him out. i love her, but she's really unjust with my boyfriend. though we have been together for for four years and he's a nice guy who helps me a lot, my mother can't stand him. i can't move out because we don't have the money. what should i do?

I've been seeing this girl for about 3 months. She has a 5 year old daughter from a previous marriage. She has actually been married twive before and both have failed. I asked her to take our relationship to the next level. She said she has been praying about it and doesn't know yet. She said it's not me, it's what she's been through in the past, so she is taking it really slowly. What do you think? Is there really still possibility here between us, or is she trying to be nice and say there's no future?

I'll try to start at the beginning here.
There is this guy at our county fair that I have known for 3 years and I really really like him! We always go everywhere together, and are great friends. Everyone says he likes me, and that it's obvious, but I feel like it's one sided, what do you think? We walk around with our arms around each others shoulders, but, we have been really good friends, and for us, that's normal. Should I make the first move?

My friend is an awesome surfer. and recently she had an accident surfing. she was out in the water about to hit a huge wave when a shark came along with the wave and pulled her under. she lived, but sadly lost one leg. She had a great bf before this happen they had been going out for 4 years and now he broke up with her. he had always said he'd love her through anything. He broke up with her he claims because he just "wasn't that inlove anymore" well word spread that he broke up with her becuase of her leg!! Its not like him to do that. maybe he was scared... he was upset that she wasn't going to stop surfing after she gets her prostetic leg. who knows. she is really scared and sad right now and there is nothing i can say all she wants is him. what should I do?

My husband and I will be getting a divorce. I know deep down that is the best situation, but it is so hard when it actually comes time to think about it. Even though I know that is best it still hurts so bad, I can't stop crying. Help, how do I deal with this, other than counseling.

Here's the deal:
My friend knows his wife is cheating on him. He has proof. They moved here to NC from California 6 - 8 months ago and have been staying with his mother. They never signed any kind of lease agreement with her, just had verbal agreements about bill paying and helping out and such. The only catch is, his mother rents the house they are staying in. They kicked her out yesterday. She had a friend come and get her, and stayed with that friend for the night. She calls him up today telling him that because she is not more than 30 days behind on a rent payment, and hasn't been served formal eviction papers, that they legally have to let her stay there 30 more days. Anyone know anything about this, and what could be done?
