She should not say anything to other men that would hurt her marriage if her husband was standing in the room. I don't think it's cheating regardless but it opens a whole lot of dangerous territory (depending on the subject matter being discussed).

Depends on the type of communication. If it is innocent conversation, then no. However if she is getting very close to these men, and telling them intimate things, this could be known as 'emotional cheating', or if she is having "fun" with them via webcam.
Perhaps your wife is crying out for attention, and seeking if from other men, who find her interesting and attractive, and see her with 'new eyes'. Maybe you should look for ways to put the spark back in your relationship, and ask your wife what she is doing with these men and why, but don't make it an interrogation. If she feels targeted by you, she will not be open with you. It could just be innocent conversation.
Edit: Sorry I read this as your husband asking the question! Sorry! What are you doing with these men? I've looked to the internet for attention from men before, and it doesn't often turn out successful. Open up to your husband. Does he know about these other men? It may not be necessary to tell him about them, however ask yourself if you believe what you are doing is wrong?
Maybe you should be telling your husband some of the things that you are telling these men.

I guess it depends on what your saying to these other men. How would you feel if your husband was communicating with other women? Are you honest with your husband about it? Ask yourself this, this is always a good way to know if what your doing is wrong, (would I do it if my husband was sitting right beside me?)
