My husband and I have been together for 10 years, married for 2 and in our house for 2. The problem is that we both make very modest salaries (under $70,000 total) and although we do have a small savings we're worried about the financial strain of starting a family...

The flip side is that I may have fertility issues and we want to get started as soon as possible so that we have plenty of time to try if needed.

I'm curious what other people have done in our situation...because we're not doing anything...

my friend and i have been sleeping together for the past year and a half. i have strong feelings for him. one day i sat down with him and asked him if we could become more that just butt buddies. he said that he just wanted to focus on school and he wasn't ready to settle down. he said that girls would be there after he graduated from college. I felt so bad cause he couldn't see that I really wanted to be with him. So I told myself that i need to get over him. He kept texting me, i guess cause he wanted to hook up again. I told him to leave me the **** alone. It was so hard. But i don't know how to get over what we had. he was a good friend and we did share some good times. What do i do?

Hello, I'm a 21 year old kid. . After my last relationship fell apart this girl was there to help me pick up the pieces. We started talking outside of work for hours on end. We started IMing each other everyday, then it got to phone talking. She would message me out of the blue to see how my day was going. Started calling me at work everyday telling me to call ehr when I get off. I had such a greta time with her. She persued me totally. She came over to my house last thursday to help me learn how to cook and she even rearranged my kitchen and cleaned up for me.

I made her a cute little thank you card. Ive done nothing wrong to her and have not been aggressive at all in talking to her. The problem is she has this BF that shes been hinting to me that shes getting rid of. He has been \jealous of the two of us. She told me this. Today she started ignoring me and acting like Im not there. She laughed later and told me she was messing with me. But she still wont call me or IM me. help..?

A family friend is getting married this weekend and I was not invited. I'm fine with it...I know weddings are expensive and we're not that close and on top of all that I can't afford the types of gifts this couple wants.

My sister (a bridesmaid) decided to call this friend and tell her that I'm dying to come to her wedding now the friend thinks that I'm begging to go. My sister and I have issues because she wanted to buy a home together and I was cool with that until she went and got a realtor and picked out a house that we would be purchasing together all on her own without including me....I backed out (of course) and she's held a grudge ever since. I have 3 other invitations to other engagements this weekend (one of which is another wedding), if this friend sqeezes me into her guest list and I don't go, I'll be hated on and if I do go, I'll be putting myself in debt just to get a gift. I'm thinking I should call her and explain what's up but I'm not sure if that's the way to

My boyfriend and I are having a long distance relationship in the same country. Since we talk long time on the phone every night and he gets tired next day at work, he asked me today "Please push me to sleep, otherwise I do not get off th phone". And today again we were talking till late, and I said "We shold get off the phone and sleep", then he said "You could have said that earlier on..." by smiling. Then he said smiling "I make decision and you take responsibility, or either have to do it visa versa".. I first did not like this comment as if I felt as if I were mothering him.
