If you graduated from high school, you need to go back and take some English classes. Heaven forbid you graduated from college and don't know the difference between "write" and "right".

I cannot stress enough the importance of personalizing thank you notes.Thank you notes should be addressed to the individual(s) who signed your gift card. In the case of a gift from a family, the envelope can be addressed to Mr. and Mrs. Jones, and the salutation can be "Dear Donna and Joe." You can make reference to the remaining family members in the body of the note: "Please extend my thanks to Tom and Joey, and let them know how much I am enjoying the book."
Or simply you can always say "Thank you for the thoughtful (fill in the blank). I will always think of you whenever I use it." If they didn't give you a gift then just thank them for coming.

First of all, it's "write", not "right".
You simply thank them for coming and thank them for their gift. Make sure you mention what the gift was, like "Thank you so much for the mall gift card. I can sure use it for new clothes." Or "Thank you so much for the CD. I'm listening to it right now."
