Eh? You wanted the vote right? And equal pay? If a girl wants to take a guy out for a meal why shouldn't she?
And if it was me being taken out, I'd like to go somewhere relaxed with great food, and good beer, Like Cresent city brewery in New Orleans, or a nice seafood restaurant. I'd like to be able to wear something casual, but dress up all the same and I'd like the girl to do the same, something sexy without being slutty. We'd have a good meal, a few drinks and great conversation.
If men are always expected to pay then doing the opposite would be a very nice change and would really show that you cared about them.

If most guys answer this honestly, they'll say Hooters. But we know honesty in America will land you in court or jail.
So here's a socially acceptable answer.
Most guys aren't into dressing up so a casual steak house or Mexican joint would be great for dinner.
The lady should just be herself, of course be clean and well groomed. For most guys, all a woman needs to do is be there. Your company is usually enjoyed without a tremendous amount of preparation.

Ocharley's has a good atmosphere or maybe Fridays on second thought take him to eat mexican all men love that they feel macho in those places.

Hooters, chili's, applebees, a casual resturaunt that has a bar and TV's. Go out and have fun...just be yourself, that is the most attractive quality.

If you want casual...Any sportsbar..Drink beer by the bottle !! HOT...
If your celebrating anything..Go for steakhouse....
