i know this guy that really likes me and he always tells his friends about it too. but he is so shy around me. when we are in a conversation he says only yea or no or thats cool. what is it with these guys! i HATE shy guys. but i really like him!!! i have to have a guy who can hold a conversation and who is up for anything daring. but its not him. guys.. i need some help here!

I've known this guy for 6 years now n he's a friend of mine, our friends have always made jokes about us that we should hook up together n i always took it as a joke n never looked interested. Last week we went to the movies and afterwards he told me that he's always loved me for the last 6 years, he said that he really can't live without me and that he tried to tell me but he's always been afraid of rejection. I told him that i have no feelings for him and that i only like him as a friend. He said that he tried to meet girls but he's so in love with me that he's not interested to meet anyone new. He said that he's ready to wait for me even if it takes me 20 years to love him. Everyone around me tells me that he's a good guy and that he's a catch, as for me i find him a bit boring, i feel no "Fire works" whatsoever. My friends say that love might come gently... What do you think?

I will ask his honest opinion about something that involves both of us as partners ! He'll wimp out & say "whatever you think"...THEN like a week later (like this morning) he'll give me his honest opinion AFTER it's too late & I needed it a week ago before I did something !! A lousy, f...... week later !! Then he wimps out & says "well, I wasn't sure & well, blah, blah, blah.." BUT I needed that opinion BEFORE I did all the work ! He's always like this, it's like if it fails it can be all my fault. He REALLY pisses me off !!
