We are both in our 40's and hit it off right away with intense chemistry. He still calls almost every day and we always talk for atleast an hour. We get along so well and always have fun when we see each, which is usually once or twice a week. The sex is excellent. He let me know in the beginning that he "sees" other people, which was a surprise. He also let me know that "I scare him in a good way and he doesn't know what might happen here." He told me he cares for me alot but that he is afraid of failure after his divorce and has commitment issues now.
I decided to continue dating other people too and just see what happens with him.....Well, the chemistry is still in tact. He is jealous when I go out with another guy. I act like I don't care about his other dates. Should I keep playing hard to get, or let him know I just want to be with him...and risk scaring him away, or just wait?

I've lived with my boyfriend for two years now and for whatever reason things are changing. We most likely will get engaged next year and married the year after. It's about that time.

Heres the thing(s)... most relationships go from dating to marriage to kids.. and have a timeline. Sense we are living together we don't really know what to do with ourselves for the next 4 years. We are a unsocial couple.

My boyfriend all of a sudden wants friends and what feels to me like a looser leash. Not to go out alone, but just to socialize more. I dont' agree because we dont have that much time we are so busy, and I enjoy spending our time together.

Then we started fighting over hypothetical situations and it turned into a big mess. I think he resents me, but to me it feels like he wants bachelorhood again but it's not that case. It's confusing... and we don't have money to socialize.

Im not sure... did your relationship go through this kind of period?

I was dating someone and committed to them 6 years ago. We has a very ugly split up. We lived our seperate lives for 6 years. That person just came back into my life, and we decided to give it a go again. It is extremely hard for us to get on the same page and is pulling a very heavy weight on our relationship. The only reason why we both keep holding on and trying to work on it is because we are still in love with each other ...after all this time. My husband spends more than what he makes. He spens his money in gadgets and thing that we can live without. Im a stay home mom. I have worked in the past and during those times it has been worst because the more money we get the more he spent. Every time i talk to him about it he just keeps quiet. He hides the credit card bills and whatever he orderswhen it comes in the mail.I have told him several times that he needs to stop but he still does it.I have transfer some of his balances from his credit cards to mine since mine have a lower interes rate. This is really creating a gap between us. I want to go back to school but i cant because of this situation. What do i do?

I met a guy, he and I are both at different stages of divorcing, he has had a girlfriend for a year, been away from his wife 2 years, he's legally seperated, close to divorce.
