How do you motivate a 12-year old to do well in his studies? My brother is smart but he's just lazy. And he never deliver his promises. His final exams are around the corner and he still hangs out with his schoolmates after school. He's not serious about his schoolwork.

What can I do to motivate him to do well? My parents aren't strict with him. I've tried everything I could to help him but he isn't trying hard himself

my girlfriend is my life, but her friends are dumb and when I say dumb I mean dumb. My girlfriend as a gorgeous face and body and she's smart with a great personality. Her friends be trying to push up on me and be trying to touch my d*ck,and I don't appreciate that. And I told my girlfriend cause I felt like that's something that she need to know cause we've been together for 5 months, and I want that to be more. So then she comfronted her friends or whatever like that and they said they haven't so she she told me she do believe me. So my friend is one of her friends brother, and her friend tried to set me up she called my girlfriend over to there house. So then later when she seen my girl come she came and the bathroom when I was using it and her other little dumb friend told my girl to come in there and it wasn't anything going on accept her friend trying to get up on me.And my girlfriend and her start fighting...So what should I do to make things right?

I saw something special in this guy I met. He treated me so well and began to have feelings for me, and I did for him. I felt safe to relax, trust him and let him in. I eventually asked if he wanted to be exclusive and see only each other. He then began to pull away and it hurt, I felt betrayed. I tried to talk to him but all I got was smart remarks and anger. I freaked that this guy I had let into my heart wanted to run at the first sign of trouble. I was so surprised at his reaction.

Whys is this so hard? I haven't had this much trouble letting go in a long time. How do I move on? How do I stop this from hurting?

I am 21 years old and going into my Senior year of college at Missouri Valley. I study accounting and economics and hold various leadership positions around campus and in the community. I have had an Internship at an Accounting Firm for the past two summers and I am at the Federal Reserve Bank St. Louis now. I have been involved with a young lady for about 5 months now and she has things going for herself too. She is 23 and she is a great woman. My Question to you all is "Should I wait until I get my career started before I settle down, because Im sure I will have alot of opportunities out there" Should I do the Bachelor thing for a while? I know you would say im smart enough figure it out yourself. I just need your thoughts

I was in a 2 year relationship 5 months ago, and unfortuanetly she ended it. Since then I have become more strong but still miss her. I know that she won't take me back (Even though something inside of me think she will which is wrong to think). Lost all contact with her after she was being mean to me and basically just trying to move on. Slowly it is but understanding that we weren't good for one another. Anyway, she told me she is having sex with other guys, which kinda makes me sick inside still. I personally believe that sex is very intimate and shouldn't be abused. Lust or not, it should be controlled. I am going on Holiday next week to Magaluf with some lad friends, and they say that I should get laid. One of my mates is in a relationship and has a house with her and he says 'What goes on Holiday, stays on Holiday'. I AM SO CONFUSED!!!!!
