We can't be together due to religious differences. None of us seem to be able to convert. Just say a yes or no please.

It depends.My husband was an atheist when I married him.I am very religious(not in an over the top way).I believe in god deeply.We talked alot about our differences.We agreed not to fight about it or to try and change the other person but to respect each others beliefs.Since I had children coming into this marriage ,we also talked about having children together.We decided not to for many reasons ,so what to bring the children up as was never an issue.That is a very serious issue because it can divide a household.We have a wonderful marriage and many years later because of my beliefs he now actually believes there is a god.I didn't twist his arm but because he's seen me go through some very rough experiences and my faith has helped, he decided to read the bible.He's researched things himself and changed his own mind.Although this has been my experience I can't speak for others.But if you have deep love and respect for one another and communicate well, you never know.Good luck to you.

yes.... but you must accept someone new with open arms and not use your past relationship to judge your new one. of course take the lessons you learned from the past though... good luck!!
