So my boyfriend has been going to a lot of parties lately and being social which has given him a big confidence boost. The problem is he's afraid that what happened in his last relationship might happen with us..where he spent less time on making friends and more time with his gf. Even though i've given him his own space and I tell him he can do whatever he wants and that i would never put limits on him..he's still thinking that he might want his freedom and might want to be single for a while (since he didnt have much time to be single between his last relationship and this one). I've told him that i would be fine with whatever decision he makes..but the truth is that I love this guy and I enjoy his company and the feeling I get around him. I would never want to lose that..but i want him to be happy too..so should I try to convince him to stay with me or should we break things off? If we do break up, there's the chance that we may never get back together..and that's what scares me.

I gave birth 2 our baby 6months ago.now he's not interested in sex anymore, i make a huge effort with underwear n stuff but it makes no difference. he says he doesnt mind my few stretchmarks and a bit of baby weight. also i've asked him if he's cheating n i'm pretty sure he's not. so what can it be?

I deeply love my husband but he doesn't care for me. It's not like he doesn't love. He loves me but not in the way i love him or the way i want him to love me. He never call me first, if we had a fight and i hang up he never call back, he doesn't take good care for me. If i tell him i'm going to my mom's place and will never come back he doesn't say a word. I'm just dying to have some love from him but he is very indifferent. He always want me to change. He want that he shuold not be disturbed when he is doing something, heonly wants to lead life in this way- get up in the morning, getting dressed up, going to office, work there, coming back in the evening, eat food, spending time with his parents and then sleep. And i just wait for him....everytime. He loves me but why it happens that he never miss me? No matter how far we are, but he never miss me. I'm very upset. I don't know what to do. Plz advice something so that i can make our relationship better, strong and lovely.

A new company took over and kept the old workers. When the new company took over they made me a supervisor instead of a person that worked there years before I did. The reason for this is that when the new company did an inspection they found that this person was half doing their job. Before the new company took over, the old supervisor was letting this person and others get away with half doing their job because they did not want anyone angry with them. This person expects me to let them get away with half doing their job because they and others have gotten away with it litterally for years (which is why the old company was gotten rid of and a contract was given to a new company). My employer gave me the choice to have this person fired but I said no and asked the employer to have a word with this person. They did but it still has not changed the persons lack of doing their work. I really don't want to give the word to fire someone: so what would you do if you were in this position?

First I released the handles by pulling down the straps while tightening the fasteners, I pressed her hot button when I removed the safety cap, while turning the knob to release it's spring...only then did i start winding my excess back onto the spool. As i continued to loosen her screws on her bottom plate lid and was able to properly insert the tabs into the slots, I rotated the control switch a quarter turn before lowering the lever Dropping the main crank into the neutral position, I was careful to not unscew the main housing before engaging in a clutch, I plugged in the starter and she shuddered and then stalled about it. She complained it was a safety hazard but i wanted it to work for our mutual pleasure use only, and think I can do better next time...now she refuses to cooperate...should I try to convince her to try again or just find another GF? I think she is being totally unreasonable because she knows this is important to me.
