DeRosa...is that an Italian last name?

I'm just trying to make sure because it also looks Hispanic to me, but many say that it's Italian. What do you guys say? Thanks.

Actally it can be both Spanish (Hispanic) and Itallian. Many Itallian and Hispanic names end in vowels, so it' sometimes hard to distinguish. I found this for you :

Looks more like Spanish from the spelling because I know the Italians spell their Rosa with double "s" as in De Rossa. By the way that means rose as you can easily deduce.

Many Hispanic countries use the conjunction 'de' to show it is a married last name.

it could be both. my name is german but i grew up as a louisiana coon-***. it no where near french.
