My husband and I have overcome many horrible things since we married 7 years ago. His health and then my health. Organ transplants, surgeries, forced career changes, Bankruptcy...losing our family home. Homelessness. Etc.

Our kids are great, we have been working hard to repair all the done damage. We are both healthier...but now our finances are horrible.

All our friends have been able to finish school, buy homes and have nice cars. We are living in rent controlled housing and cant afford an oil change. I work, he cant, he is disabled...I don't think things will ever get better and I want the best for our kids and our family. I would love to have pets and our own backyard and not have to share walls with the neighbors. And to be able to apint the walls without asking.

Are we still new to the fact that a girl can have guy's as friends and nothing be going on but a friendship ?, For it seems like every time I turn around I'm being accused of cheating and being a whore just cause i'm hanging out with my guy pals. I've alway's been a tom boy or as I call it a tommy girl for i don't have many girl friends for there too girlie or just plain new and what they talk about makes me want to hurl.I grew up with brothers and never had a sister to be a girlie girl with. O.k. now that I've explained some, what do i do to get this to stop and have it to where I'm not called the whore anymore?Should I stay completly away from my guy friends,and stick to myself more or should i tell the people who's saying this to f off what do you all think?

I'll try to do do this without sounding like I'm whining. In 2003 my girlfriend and I had a son. He is the most important thing to ever happen to me. eversince I found out I was going to be a father I tried as hard as anybody could to make his life better and everything has FAILED. It seems we are destined to live in a gutter. Ever since my ex-girlfriend cheated on me with some rich boy she has wanted soul custody of my son. Well with the situation being as it is, I finally had to give in and it broke my heart. I have no problem telling you I cried for hours. I need advice please?

Ok, I just walked in the door from a club tonight. I met this beautiful, charming, very cool women tonight. She did give me her number but I was wondering how long should I wait to call her? I sometimes feel like it's really hard to go on, but I have two little girls that I love more than anything in the world. I had a dream that I just wanted to leave my girls and find a job that would help me make a lot of money for them, as much as it broke my heart I was willing to do this for them. When I was about to leave, one of my little girls told me that even though she didn't have everything she wanted, she loved me and was happy and thats all that mattered to her. Even now this breaks my heart and I cry. I love my girls and I know I will bend but never break. I'm not sure how to categorize this sorry!!! Thank you for taking the time to read this.
