Baby is 17 months old. Has decided he cant sleep without Mommy and Daddy. He goes to sleep fine. We put him in his bed and then within an hour, he wakes up, finds us and falls into a long sleep if we're with him. I dont mind him sleeping with us but he flops around like a fish, kicking us in the face, etc,. What to do?

she is also his friend and was the one to introduce us. However we both liked him at the same time then I sort dated him then went through my "afraid of commitment" phase but I still really liked him and she didn't really anymore and had sex with him. Then broke his heart (he thought that she liked him and she just had used him for sex) She is a bit of a slut and hangs on him alot. I don't know. I trust him but I don't trust her at all! I then dated him for a month and we broke up and he went out with another girl and my friend asked him to help her with homework then talked him into spending the night. Nothing happened but I don't think its right to sleep in the same bed with some girl when you are dating somone else. Now we are dating again and have been for awhile. Near the beginning of this time she asked him to give her a back rub and he's a sweet kinda guy and didn't think anything of it. We talked about it but she is still doing stuff. What should I do?

Yesterday when I came home he was fine, we played video games because he said he wanted to play them with me and talk about stuff. So I figured he wanted to talk about what happened. After he went back upstairs and didn't talk to me about it, I went up and asked him what he wanted to talk about. He said nothing, i don't feel like talking now. I asked him again saying I know it's about the porn. Now he's telling me that I'm dirty, and he wants to break up, saying I probably cheated on him all the time. He has done this about a million times, and I did it once. The reason is listed on the link above in detail. Why else would he start acting like this toward me if he didn't get his feelings hurt? Also when I came home today and yesterday, there wasn't any porn on the comp for two days, that's a first. Guy's do you think he got hurt by me doing it to him? If so....

I have called him, written to him, e-mailed him, sent him gifts at Christmas and birthday. He hasn't even confirmed he received them. I am saddened and frustrated by this. I know someone who bought a "divorce kit" from office max & was easily divorced. But everything was mutual there. My boyfriend & his soon to be ex-wife are trying to get a divorce, but she's not wanting to agree on anything. They have 1 child together. That's the only issue. No property or vehicles or anything to fight over. She stays in jail. She got out this past November, after service 2 years. After she got out (to be an ***) she signed HER rights over to her brother. Now she's BACK in jail, facing 4 more years. He can't afford a lawyer. Since she signed her rights to her brother & he's signed NONE of his rights away, cldnt he legally go get his daughter? And since she has no rights to her now, can't he file the papers so that he has 100% custody & her have to sign them? She's in jail, she can't do too much. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
