Absolutely. Venturing into a relationship with a coworker is selfish. Here's why....
Your boss or the owner of the company that you work for. Bringing your personal s*** into work is not what youre paid for. If you've ever been homeless, you would know very well that a chance for employment is a privlage. Most people probably wont agree with me on that, But it is. Someone is paying you money every week or two, that helps you live day to day.
You would be jeopardizing the hand that feeds you, by bringing your personal interests in, which could in turn, become a problem to them.
In all honesty, I have very strong feelings for one of my employees. (Not to mention, I dont only run my business, I own it now). There would be no way in hell that I would pursue a relationship just because of what I could lose from it. It wouldn't be fair to my other staff as well.
You need to think of two things here....
#1, How it could alienate and effect other people that you work with, just trying to work and get by in life....
#2, How much damage it could do.
Dont bite the hand that feeds you.

Yep there's several things wrong with having a relationship with someone you work with.
1. In a relationship you're emotional, you need that concentration to do whatever you're suppose to do.
2.What if you and whoever break up? Will one of you freak and start a revenge thing.
3.You have to see that person everyday until one of you find a new job.

No, but it can lead to problems if things ever broke off between you and the other person. Then one of you will feel like you need to quit to get away from it all.

The worst element that befell and it has happend a pair of circumstances is that he informed me he loves me and that i met his total family individuals then over evening, he went chilly. Its large for the self-worth no longer! What I did became no longer something, purely bypass on and attempt to allure to someone who fairly fairly should be with me.
