How do I get over her? Should I even?

I dated a girl for only 4 months, near the end it was an on and off relationship which I didn't want so I ended it for good. That was about 7 months ago and now I can't seem to stop thinking about her, some how all the good memories of us are coming back and I keep feeling like I made the wrong decision. The only problem is that she won't talk to me anymore so there is no way I can tell her how I feel. How do I get over her?
