he tries to make a move but never gos all the way with it i dont know how to make him know it ok. i want him to kiss me but i dont even thing he will ever go there

The girl that I was obsessed with, I had an interesting first experience with her. We had gone out a few times and one day we went to her house (empty). Once the talkiing ceased while we were sitting on her bed, we just started staring at each other's eyes both thinking the same thing (the tension is the best feeling in the world) after what seemed like an eternity I put my hand on her thigh and started rubbing it back and forth a bit. I only had to do this for a few seconds when she just grabbed me and we started passionately making out as if we we had done it a million times before, and it when on from there. Its funny how effective touching the leg is in acheiving a response, if you do that to your guy and just stare at his eyes with that longing look after a quiet pause in conversation, you'll get an amazing response. I guarantee it.

If there isn't a problem or reason he's not going all the way other than this, that you know of lean in close and if he doesn't kiss you, kiss him. Be subtle but go ahead. I doubt he'll push you away. He may be used to the girl making the first move.

Are you in a position to have a permanent relationship with anyone at this time? If so, have you guys both decided that "s/he's the one"?
Kissing is a step down the road to physical oneness. The bond created by sex is so close that nothing can be allowed to interfere. He has to be the most important to you besides God (and that means Mom and Dad are at most in third place).
And there's got to be a permanent, exclusive commitment. No running around. No breaking up. If you do break up after becoming one physically, you leave a bit of yourself behind with him, and vice versa.
Translation: Sex needs to wait until marriage, and taking even the tiniest step in that direction has to wait at very least until you are engaged. No point in taking steps down that road until you are both sure you want a permanent, exclusive relationship.
Please think about it.
