Given that in Indian customs women are given higher degree of sympathy, what are the chances for a man to get a clean and peaceful divorce in situations where he finds that his wife is mentally sick?

Mentally sick wouldn't always mean a mad person. There are people who psychologically are unfit and ill. Such people from time to time do behaviors which often lead to unpleasant situations.

In situation like these what are the necessary documents required as proof and how viable are such situations for plea of a divorce?

I have this friend, who is strange, but hilariously entertaining from time to time. She calls me ( correction used to call me) over 6 times a day, bugging me with the most random problems and thoughts. She is not smart, all she thinks about in fact in partying and relaxing, but I get a kick out of her constant silly worries, which she used to relay to me like clockwork. It annoyed the crap out of me but she did not have any other friends really, so I wanted to be there for her. However we never really saw each other much, just talked on the phone. SHe was stuck at home most of the time, not because she wanted to but because she had nowhere to go. ANd for some reason she never went with me and my friends... I never figured out why.
Then recently she stopped calling as often and I hear from her three to four times a week at best. At first I found this really refreshing and now I am not sure if I want to still be friends with her. We still never hang out and I just answer her calls out

he called me like 2 or 3 times a day and then once at night..he was always askin when could we hang out again..all plans that were made was his idea..we went to the movies, out to eat and he came up a couple of times. he told me that he liked me more than all of the other gurls he has ever went on a date with because i knew how to have fun and i was more open and that i paid attention to him and none of them did. he came up one weekend and we kinda kissed, but he made the move and it was his idea so...he said i was a naturally good kisser and we kissed like 5 or 6 times..at first i thought it was because i was a bad kisser but how could that be if he kept doing it? he said he thought that me and him would never be as close as we actually got. and that there was too much goin on with his family right now..he wants to date me but just not right now, should i wait? and he said that we could stay friends until then but now he never even calls me at all.what should i do and what's it mean?

I have a two year old son with my ex. He gets our son every other weekend and on some special occasions. I am currently in a new relationship, and plan to get married soon. After we get married we were considering moving to a different state for better job opportunities. I want to move, but I also want my son to see his father. Has anyone else been in a situation like this? If so, what did you do?

My fiance is over in Kuwait right now, and wants to wait until he is home this winter before we start planning our wedding. I asked him why he wanted to wait and his response was "What if something happens to me?" I know that the chances of him getting killed are pretty small (although I know there is still that possibility). After he says that, he then asks if we can start trying to have kids when he gets back. I tell him that I will be finished with school before having kids because once they come, my plans are put on the back burner, and will be married before I have kids with him, or anyone for that matter. I have told him this like 15 times now, and haven't once changed my mind or my answer. I'm curious as to what I can do to make him understand that I have a logical reason for wanting to finish school before having kids? And what would a good compromise be?

do u think a guy is playin with you if he says he loves you but sometimes he shows off insecure and confused... but his family loves you and wants you to be with them.. payin all this things for you.... but as long your interest in the guy (but his family too*) and he acts weird what you can do? .... forget about the guy or keep trying to know him more?

the problem is that its online love... not real.... his family is payin me everything includin staying and airplane ticket... but his behavior makes me doubt about leaving my country to enjoy with his fam and prolly with him.... i cant tell myself.. HELP

We have been married for only four months, but one of the things that he promised to do was to close this checking account with his ex-wife as soon as we said I do. After the honeymoon I asked him again had he done it, and he stated that he was working on it, and that it would be done, for me not to worry. The account holds no purpose because this woman does not work, and we have custody of their only child. She is sneaky and wants to cause trouble in our marriage. She even went as far as to say that he was marrying me because he was "desperate". Now, I've been wondering why my husband only calls her when he is at work. When she calls his cell phone at home he gives the phone directly to their son. She NEVER calls the house phone, only his cell. All of this is very suspicious because they just got divorced right before we got married. Finding out that he kept this joint account with her really hurts, and I feel as though I can't trust him. What would you do?

This is the second time my boyfriend and I have gone out. We broke up the 1st time because our lives had gotten hecktic and we didn't have time to really see each other.When we were going out, he never told his parents, I told my mom. I asked him about it and he said that he just didn't want them to be nosey. He is Muslium and I am mexican and I think that is part of the reason he hasn't old them about me. His parents are very religious he says and I asked him if that was the reason he hasn't told them. He said "no that they will like you and if they don't then he dosen't care". now this is the 2nd time we are going out and He still hasn't told them. Am I just over reacting and rushing him? Or do you think that he should have told them?
