All of the above. My personal favorite was a golf course in broad daylight. I had a golf enthusiast for a boyfriend and he had a plan for every hole. EVERY hole.

in the morning, when he's first getting his morning wood, It's harder and he lasts longer. not to mention that there's nothing like good dick to start the day off well.
