Women what appeals to you more, a guy who has ambition brains and earning potential, but is not perfect in looks. Or a guy who is perfect in looks perfect in looks but doesnt have a job, treats you bad and mooches off of you. Why cant we guys who are not perfect GQ'S find a good woman, for long loving relationships.

My honey and I are going to Chicago this weekend. It's our first time out of town together (I've never been out of town with a man). This will be a first time visit to Chicago for the both of us. I lived common-law with my man for 11 years, we split up and 5 months later, he had a serious vehicle accident, and was put in jail for 1 year as a result. We began corresponding by mail and then phone calls and recently visits. H e will be released in August, and wants us to be a couple again. I love him with all my heart, but before his accident, he had moved in with another woman. She began cheating on him as soon as he was gone and now a new man lives in her house with her. Should I give him a second chance, I am worried that he might want to be back with me because he has no where to go upon his release. By the way she is not the reason we split, she was not even someone he knew at the time. We split because my daughter and young grandson were living with us and he wanted them gone. That issue has resolved itself. I want to give him a second chance but want to do the right thing, for all involved.

The nerd or geek or something other than a jock. Who has a better chance to get a girlfriend the smart not as attractive by apperence money making man who you could call the nerd or geek. Or the Jock plays sports a lot more attractive by apperence but the only reason the girl would like him is because he's good looking but after highschool no college. I met him at church...he came over and introduced himself and looked back a couple of times during worship..then the next week..he introduces himself again..and looks back a couple times during worhsip again..this week..he looks back a couple of times during worship too..but that's all...I'm starting to have a crush on him..what do you think about him?

About a year ago my mom remarried. Ever since we haven't been getting along very well. We don't fight all the time, but we do disagree a lot. She's neurotic about her faith, and preaches to me a lot about what I do wrong and what I should do. (ex: I don't listen to Gospel music. She thinks that's all you should listen to. She thinks you should go to church twice a day, I think once a week is plenty.) I really want to get along with my mother, but without having to hear her preach about everything that I'm doing being wrong. What should I do?

My man's family has 3 son's and he's the baby. The oldest married a Jew and had a baby, the middle married a Mexican and had 2 children, then he made a Chinese son which his family even excepted. I'm from a PR and a red-bone and from NYC. They disowned him when they found out I was pregnant claiming that he ruined thier white family. How can I help him to heal against this kind of evil and selectively racist family? They are a sad group :^(

My husband lied to me about so many things. Some of them were pretty important like his last name changes over the years. His other lies were about random stuff that was not too big of a deal. I am not sure of what to do from now. He has never been too open about his past and i've had to be ok with it. I had learned to accept it, but now i just dont know how to rebuild my relationship with him. Lies has always been a big issue with me, i really cannot take lies, but i love him.
