my aunt supposedly sold property that belonged to my mother and others; with the help of her attorney, she received monitary compensation from a judgment and sold the property along with the mineral rights. Do we have any recourse?

I have a handicap grandson with only one leg, and a prostectic. He is 4, but due to his handicap, his potty training was delayed. Parents are divorced with joint custody.

One day he wet his pants. Father and new gf took his prostectic off, and made him stand in the corner for 20 min or more one leg. What is your opinion? I ripped my son left and right but he does not see this as abuse. Now I am considering seeing lawyer and how I can get custody, cause they live in fith, both parents use them as pawns, and are told taught to tell lies to cover up things parents are doing. In this case the mother told my grandson it is ok to use your pants cause i dont have time to mess with helping you.

I am so angry, but want to help my grandkids. The problem I am a widowed grandfather, but I have raised 3 kids, only one seems to have strayed.

My husband recently had back surgery. I'm the only one working right now. I work full time and take care of everything at home, including my 1 yo daughter & 2 step kids. I call him everyday and as how he's doing and I do everything at home or get a family member to help so he doesn't have to. I run to the store 1-2 times a day to get him snacks or whatever he wants and I don't let him try to do things that will make him sore. But he says that I'm not supportive enough, and that I don't show him concern enough. He even got mad a week after he had his surgery because I used my last sick day to go to my grandma's funeral. He said if I had a sick day I should have used it to stay home with him.(I had used the other ones to do that already) we've gone rounds talking about it and no matter what I do for him he doesn't notice. I'm actually even considering a divorce. I get no love at home, at all. any suggestions....

My girlfriend and I are truly in love. I recently met her parents and they made me feel like I didn't belong. They thought I was an ex-con (never been in trouble with the law), I probably have HIV (i did my own tattoos), and that they feared for their lives with me around (WHAT?). They never took the chance to know me just criticize me about every little thing, smoking, tattoos, my past. They are a bit wealthy and i come from a lower middle class family. To me they seem like they put money before happiness. The way I see it they see their daughter happy and they don't want to see it. Another thing that makes me real angry, she has a son that is turning 3 and i love him very much. I treat him like my own. They think she is a bad mother, not true. They seem to think that when he's around he gets ignored, he gets all the attention when he is awake. everyone that sees us playing around think I am a very loving father figure. So what the hell is her parents problem?

I don't get it... all these thousands of people trying to meet online, yet they are so freaked out from news of sex-offenders and such... so why even bother w/ it if you'll never go through w/ it.

Or wtf am I doing wrong. I have no patience to send messages back and forth everyday...

We meet online, you read my profile, I read yours, looks good... now let's meet, WTF...

Ok....so imagine you meet the guy of your dreams. He's nice, attractive, a good cook, passionate, and romantic. There's one catch, he's disabled. That's me. I was diagnosed with MS about 2 years ago while I was in the military. I'm not looking for a date, I just want honest answers from woman about how they look at me. I am a very attractive guy, but I do have trouble walking. Give me honest answers, please.

This is my best friend's 4 year old daughter. She's had an imaginary friend for about a half a year now. She's not very obsessed but my friend says that the friend tells her to do things (NOT BAD THINGS) and helps with her homework. Ok, here's the freaky thing, either she's a genius or is really talking to someone. I'm a middle of the road skeptic but what Im seeing here is .... i don't know ... unbelievable ... see it to believe it. Example, her mom pulled out a couple of math problems from math101.com. She asked Julie (her daughter) to have if she could do this with her imaginary friend. She did it. I laughed, I didn't believe it. Her mom told me to give her a couple of examples. I am an actuarian so I wrote down some minor algebra questions. We went to her and she answered them ALL correctly ... (this was not multiple choice). I asked how she knew this and Julie said that "Alice" her freind always helps. Anyone ever had this happen to them?

My ex-husband does not live anywhere near me. When I told him I wanted a divorce, he basically said he would write me a check and then he never wanted anything to do with me ever again. However, now he's invited himself to my friends' wedding and sent an expensive gift. He's also pulled some random stunts, like refusing to mail some keepsakes to me or lying and saying that his parents had already given my wedding gown to charity (I had planned on selling it).

Over the last few months, I have tried to be very kind and patient. I know he's going through a lot right now, but so am I! And I don't need his drama when I already have plenty of my own.

How do I defuse this situation?

My friend just had her wisdom teeth out. I want to bring her something (like you know how if your friend is sick, you bring them soup or something like that?) but i don't know what to bring. She can't eat much and flowers would be WAY cheesy and are completely out of the question. any ideas?

I like this really cool guy but lots ppl think he's a bit weird. What do you think?

Here are some QUALITIES: chatty. flirty. friendly. sophisticated. v cultured. lovely looking (well I think so). generous. kind. thoughtful. caring. sweet. sensitive. understanding. v intelligent and intellectual. knowlegeable. v amusing. open-minded. vibrant. entertaining. cheerful. positive. spiritual. mysterious. deep. honest. artistic. helpful. gentlemanly. laddish. quirky. zany. eccentric. pretty good dancer (sometimes amazing!) gets on with all kinds of people. quite peaceful. improving confidence but still quite shy around girls.

And LOOKS: pretty cool hair. clear skin. good teeth. sensitive blue eyes. tall and slim. toned, athletic body. snappy dresser. always has a lovely scent.

I don't mean this to be like a personal ad, these are the facts. I am just after some second opinions before I make my move........x
