i like this lad (shawn?) and he keeps looking at me as if hed like 2 ask me something and all his friends say he realy likes me i dont no what 2 do i dont no if thayre just pullin my leg or what coz no1 knows i like him unless im realy obvious (i hope 2 god im not) but i need help and fast as schools nearly out and i dont want 2 leave it over the summer so plz help

it's obvious that he's really shy and doesn't want to be embarrassed by asking what he thinks is a silly question or he's worried about your reaction.
As you do like him, why not go out as a group - he may relax a little.
If he doesn't get round to it before the summer break, then maybe he likes you but not enough to let you know asap.

OK you gotta be really obvious, don't worry what's obvious to a girl is seen as subtle to a boy.
Why not talk to him about films, what's new, what's good. When he mentions a film he wants to see jump in with:
"I really wanna see that, it looks good. I was meant to go and watch it with my friend............(insert name) but in the end she couldn't make it cause she was skint/babysitting/grounded."
Hopefully he'll suggest you go and see it together. Or if you don't think that will work try asking if you can borrow something of his, a CD, DVD, book, computer game. It will give him a reason for him to call/ drop by to pick it up.

send him a note asking him if he'd like to meet up over the summer sometime and see what happens. you've got to ask him if he's to shy and at least the note will be private. if it all goes wrong everyon will have forgotten about it by the time school starts again

you should try to talk tohim and get to know him. see where it takes you.don't let your feelin show too much and ley him make the first move. but be friends with him first.
