I don't get it... all these thousands of people trying to meet online, yet they are so freaked out from news of sex-offenders and such... so why even bother w/ it if you'll never go through w/ it.

Or wtf am I doing wrong. I have no patience to send messages back and forth everyday...

We meet online, you read my profile, I read yours, looks good... now let's meet, WTF...

Sounds like you are impatient and demanding. Maybe that is what you are doing wrong. The potty mouth does not help you either.

Well, your analysis of his body language is really a waste of time. Guys don't really think about how they're turned or sitting, etc. You'll only confuse yourself if you try to think of it too much. As for the guy himself, he did sound interested from what you said, but his reaction is pretty confusing. Most likely, it sounds like he is chicken, but not in the coward type sense. It's more likely because he isn't accustomed to dating or having a girl ask him such questions. It is also possible his family wouldn't approve of such a relationship. Still, I think your intentions were pretty clear. If he doesn't talk to you for the next few days, then just forget about him.

Well. If you look threwout the news or the newspaper, some of if talks about how men are meeting up with women and raping them and the news also talks about how myspace is a threat to young girls because of rapes and murders. Girls and young woman are just throwing themselves out there and wanting a relationship with a guy. And you never know people do lie over the internet, making them sound better than they really do.

Maybe you give off of a creepy stalker guy impression that pushes them away. Maybe they are hiding something. Or maybe you want to hookeup, but they want to have a relatonship. Talk to them about it and express your feelings.

If it seems like your rushing, women will be more suspisious that you are an online predator. Women want to take some time, make sure that your stories stay the same and make sure that you do have a good personality. Plus most dont want to feel like they are bein pressured into somethin intimate, and meeting face to face tends to do that to some. Just try to be more patient and reassure them that they have nothing to worry about.

Actually, most woman want a man with patience. So, perhaps you help them weed you out in the first place.

It can be annoying; however, I prefer a lady who keeps her security in mind and is not some airhead.

Are you pushing the subject?

Alot of people feel uneasy if they don't know you very well. After all, it's jus a profile and some people could be lying... You never really know.

Your question and the manner in which you ask it is the best answer to your question. Hell, I would not only not want to meet you; I would run the other way!

perhaps because you come across like a psycopath, much like in your question.
ever think of going to parties, clubs, the park, shopping, join a casual sports league, or volunteer instead of being a 'victim'?
