it is... OK you guess, it's time to put some excitment into your relationship, and time to quit fantacising about the one that got away or is out of your reach, or move on. What you are doing is not fair to her.

Yep, that's what it means. Either that or you have a severe problem with fantasizing about other women and don't find your girlfriend as attractive as the people you're fantasizing about.
