i feel that i can not make people understand me?

Im not usually one to give gifts on any occassion...they tend to be not liked or thrown away after a lil while....so i usually wait till sum1 mentions what they want and ill get it for them...Time for mates wedding now....but its a bit difficult....hes probably got everything he needs...but still, were thinkin not boxed gifts...

So any ideas....decent ideas please...no cheap and cheerful ones...theyre no good to me...

Well the reason for this question i am in my early 20's and I am starting to grow up and be more dependant however my parents especialy my mom thinks I should be around more often. However i can't do to my job and school. Ever since i was six i was looked upon as not only her son but the man of the house and now that she is remarried with more children she still looks at me that way and instead of expressing her frustrations that she has with my step dad she takes it out on me and gets upset when she cant get hjer way and blames me for all of this. Sometimes i feel guilty and tend to think everything is my fault and I dont deserve to live. I dont know what to do i went to therapy and i try to speak to her like an adult and a human being and she get all huffy and puffy. This makes me feel like disapearing because growing up is hard enough as it is.

I have just met a man online, not through a dating website. I wasnt looking for that kind of thing when we met on messenger - somehow. We now talk on the phone and IM on a daily basis for hours on end. We both have webcams so we pretty much see each other everyday. He is in USA and Im in UK and we are making plans to meet soon. We both feel very attracted to each other and have even moved from the word "like" to "love". We talk on the same wavelength and I admire him for the man he is, through his struggles and frustrations and achievements. He is the most sincere man I've known in a while. Can you actually love somebody before you even meet them? But it sure feels RIGHT right now! Have you had such an experience before?

Help needed people. Im a gay woman. My best friend is a guy. We have been best friends for 27 years. He has a long term partner & they have one child. Four years ago.. his gf told me she felt a connection with me. We have tried to ignore it since (very hard cos shes gorgeous in every possible way) Recently.. things have been getting hot again. The glances.. the little touches.. the electricity is unreal. Its very hard to resist but I feel loyalty to my best friend too. Its a crazy situation. Any advice greatly appreciated. Thanks !

my husband emotionally abuses me everyday. we have 3 children
my husband wants to know when i'm on the phone;where i'm going; what i'm doing everyday. i can only go out w/my best friend once a month for approximately 2-hours. he doesn't allow me to go online (I do it at work); he doesn't allow me to go out w/co-workers; he doesn's allow me any money (cuz he says he makes more $$ than me; even though i work too); i had to ask him to get my hair cut and he limited me to only get 4-inches cut off. i don't ever have any $$ on me..i have to ask if we can "afford it" he says no; and later he gets himself something ... I need help in my decision ..please help!?!?!

Hello World,

There is this gal that works in a restaurant not far from my workplace. She is nice and everytime I see her we chat just a little bit.

For someone who is SHY like myself, what is a good way to ask this person out ?? She is pretty and I'm sure that she has quite a few dating offers. I just don't want it to seem awkward. I really feel a click with this girl.She has an adorable daughter from a previous relationship. She is very pretty and very well educated. When we spoke over the phone for the first time she opened up to me and told me all about the jerks that have been in her life. She is currently trying to break things off with her old boyfriend who treats her like dirt. I am a really good guy. Very patient, very understanding and always trying to find the humor in things. Life is too short not to enjoy it you know. My question is; Am I setting myself up for a possible heart break? I have heard about women like this. They say they want a good guy but they are addicted to a@@holes. I am going to ask her out and get to know her either way because the risk seems worth the possible disappointment. Man, I've been married for 5 years have two kids, one stepchild, and one bioligical. My wife and I are not close intimately anymore. I have a real high sex drive, my wife the opposite. I tried to suggest her some prescription to enhance the libido, she doesn't want to try it. I feel like as a man and a human being, I should never desert my family over my own pleasures! I have a daughter that needs her father no matter what to be present in her life(biological) everyday of her life. I know also that I turn my head when I see a woman I'm attracted to as well. Wondering if I can find my sexual desire that I've been looking for with a stranger lady. Which shows that I'm not satisfied sexually, but as a married man and a religous person of God it's wrong to cheat. I don't really want to lose my marriage to sex, but naturally God made me sexually active at a high level. Help me out on this one, please somebody!?!?

Is there a point when it becomes too complicated to keep each other pleased? Feelings get hurt, insecurity sets in, performance changes for the worse or better, drive goes up and down, and frustration sets in. Does asking for what you want or communicating to each other things that "work" or"dont' work" cause problems or help in the bedroom?

My ex and i have a one year old daughter together... he has never really shown alot of interest in being around her... we are both in different cities. so he would come up to see her once every three weeks. then after she turned one back in april he hasn't come back to see her. But now he wants to know when he can pick her up on a friday and take her back to miami where he lives and bring her back on a sunday...mind you that he never woke up for a night feeding...he never bathed her, and not to mention that he has 2 american bulldogs in his house who they allowed to be IN the house all the time...the male dog killed another dog he had and the female dog is extremely hyper active.. my question is does he have the right to have her for the entire weekend especially when his family who he lives with are always drinking on the weekends?

ok i love my mom so much, more than anything in the world and if anything happened to her i dont know what i would do. i know that she always wants what is best for me but it seems like she is always mad at me. sometimes i dont even do anything and she lectures me. i want to try and get closer to my mom but i cant when it seems like she pushes me out of her life. both of my parents dont trust me and here lately i dont know what to do. they put so much stress on me but they think that i dont understand what stress is. but back to my mom, i dont kno what to do now i seem to get in fights with her everyday and im sick of it. its bad to say but sometimes i am afraid to go around her because i dont want to get yelled at. here lately when i have been going to bed i cry before i go to sleep because i dont know what to do. sometimes i feel as if she doesnt like me being around her but i really dont know. i hope thet you guys can help me.i love her so much.
