I work at a car dealership helping the sales team. A guy in service is into me and gave me his number, and now we spend all day at work texting each other with messages about what we would do to each other in various spots around work... I am really turned on by him, but I know we aren't supposed to date within the company. What do you think? I'm 20. He's 33. And good-looking.

My mother-in-law has hated me from the start, and i've tried to deal with it but my husbands grandmother recently died and she told him I wasn't welcome to come to the funeral which is a huge slap in the face. My sister-in-law has been my best friend for 10 years (which is how I met my husband) and suddenly she just doesn't want to be my friend anymore. I don't know what's happened but it's driving me crazy. I feel she should at least talk to me about it. She used to act as a buffer between me and her mother but now my mother-in-law says whatever she wants and my sister-in-law won't defend me. I'm sick of the insults and the backstabbing but I love my husband. How can I go on without this straining our marriage?

ok i have a friend. she has a boyfriend but she takes all my guyfruends away from me and like flirts with them so that they like her. ...it bugs me so much because she does it right infront of me and she has a fricking boyfriend...all the guys she flirts with i knew first god!!! its not jealousy..she like needs to chill. i dont care if my guyfriends go out with anyone its jsut i tihnk my friend is such a tease do you agree? and what should i do? oh and she never tels her boyfriend that she is hanging out with other guys.
