will it simply adjust the rate of species migration and habitat change? do you believe it will also have an impact on the diversity found in ecosystems?
and how will it cause man to adjust his actions to affect the land differently?

what will happen?

Ok, so obviously all this heavy rain and flooding that we're currently having is signs of global warming/climate change etc. But ive just come back from spain, and realised that there (and just like the rest of the world) the weather is no different to what it usually is - nice and warm and sunny!
why is this? and is the flooding due to climate change or is it because of the azores having our usual sumemr weather?

Or is it just another in a series of lifestyle choices?

A lot of resources are involved in supplying the pet industry. Are there ways we can mitigate the impacts? Or will we need to regulate the number of pets to ensure human needs are met worldwide?

There are many supporters of carbon offsetting & carbon trading, however I'm not one of them, because after doing even just a superficial investigation of these industries for a charity that's researching these topics I've found your ideas/concepts & 'truths' to be unsubstantiated by valid scientific facts, & that your public information is utter 'greenwash', which I'm angry about, because you're blatantly conning our entire society & getting VERY rich in the process. So PLEASE you supporters of carbon offsetting & carbon trading what can you tell me here that will DEFEND your concepts, & what genuine scientific evidence should I add to my damning report against you that in any way might actually support you? Thanks.

Remember the Kyoto Treaty. Industrial Nations, keep on blaming China & India for their carbon emission into the environment.

I agree that china & india does release carbon gases that contribute to global warming, but its the indsutrial nations that started it first, instead of them being the leading nations to reduce their emission significantly, esp. US under Bush Administration which refuse to reduce, but complain about other nations.

if Leaders of Industrialised nations are willingly to reduce significatnly, i am sure with their major influence in the world, they are able to force alot of nations into re-thinking about the green environment. Esp. The US. Their influence is so great in the world, they should join the kyoto and start to change their stragety.

Global warming has become a major problem for us. Apart from CO2 as a major cause of global warming , I would like to point out that natural Air is being used as a compressed air in the factories , car tyres etc.etc . Definitly like other natural resources air is also in limited quantity. As per survey 600millions vehicles are being used in the world. It means 4x600millions tyres have been filled up with the compressed air. Definitly so much of qty of air must have been reduced from the atmosphere resulting reducing the air density. Therefore I would like to ask scientists whether the abundant use of compressed air which is not being released to atmosphere may play a role in global warming in future?

does the government and its input sway/influence your ideas or thoughts?

i think the democrats are right in their actions. although they are sometimes making it out to be like it is going to happen tomorrow. it is still an impending situation and it is getting worse and without people noticing it and doing something about it it will get worse. what do you think? do people need to fear this phenomenon more to do something?

If you line a shaft 8' X 6' and 20' deep with concrete you could conceivably build a 960 square foot apartment in the ground. You could be quite comfortable without heating and cooling. You could spelunk from top to bottom and back. The draw backs of course would be only one exit for fire safety so smokers could only smoke at the top level in the kitchen or outside on the trap door. Seems like there could be another problem too I'm not sure. Would it be environmentally good and good to live in?

The polar caps on Mars are melting faster than our arctic ice.

The ice moons of Saturn are now pools of liquid water

There are freak hurricanes at the poles on Saturn

Something has increased the reflective light we see from Venus by 40%

Even pluto has seen an increased surface activity and atmospheric change over the last decade and Pluto is as far as you can get

No - if you ask me the Sun is increasing it's output and effecting all planets and not just the Earth

Man has not been around long enough to experience real planetary change from solar cycles and that cycle is what we are heading in to.

The facts are there, it how you manipulate those finding through ignorance that fools the masses.

Why haven't they mentioned the changes on the other planets

Why do they want these changes to be exclusively for Earth and Earth alone

What is the real agenda - a carbon tax because the Sun is heating up!

I am not buying in to it or paying it!
