what do you think - do you think that making this a political issue - has that hurt this cause - like it's become a Democrat issue and now the Republicans think it's a smokescreen and a waste and the Republicans aren't taking is seriously because the Democrats are and on and on. It's really stupid how grown men and women are acting these days.

I am planning to tour the country to promote environmentalism and help show people the small, daily changes they can make in their life to help the environment. Would you come for a 45min-1hr presentation on this topic if it happened to be taking place at an audatorium/school/venue near you?

As any level headed person knows, climate change actually figures pretty low on the agenda when it comes to prioritizing the world's problems, but you wouldn't have thought that from the hysteria and crud flying around.

I thought I'd seen the worst example of this when I discovered a website peddling for a "Climate Genocide Criminal Prosecutions Bill".

Apparently not. Today I found this ridiculous climate change 'survival guide', complete with instructions on how to replicate Noah's Ark.

Has anyone else found climate garbage around that rivals this stuff on the scale of grand human stupidity?

are the Global Warming doom and gloom preachers going to become vegetarians? It's only fair right? If I have to give up my vehicle and lose my job to protect the climate, Al Gore should stop eating meat right?

my theory on the recent weather connditions.....

its a re-run of Noah and his ark. one lucky man and woman have been invited aboard the ark, and the rest of us have been left here to drown!

so who are the lucky couple?

All this rain is really scary and watching the news is unbearable at the moment. This is the sort of thing we see in far away poor countries and not little old britain. I feel so sorry for all the people without their homes.

I don't want to use the chemicals the cleaners use to care for it. The lining is part wool, I cannot put it in my washing machine.

Ok heres another! Satish Kumar, in Resurgence magazine, once said that if he was Prime Minister, he'd give us all 6 months holiday, to let the rest of the world catch up!. Very good idea.. All of us are far far richer than William the conqueror or Henry 8th, who by Uk poverty standards would have been considered to be in poverty, without a fridge, TV, or a phone. When do we say 'enough' we've got enough, now we'll enjoy life, start making lovely things we keep, stop filling up holes in the ground and pursue what really interests us, and stop keeping up with the Jones's, ignore their immaturity, dont go along with it. Live Good, Live Light, and Start to Share, not Fight like little kids.

And all world alchohol too. Alchohol is not absorbed by the body, all of it comes out in the pee, thats why you get dehydration and hangovers. So we connect all the towns pub pee toilets up and distill it to recoup the alchohol, put it back into the drinks, to save all that energy brewing/distilling it in the first place! nice one ha. or just process it to run as alchohol petrol replacement in vehicle engines. Football grounds, homes, and hotels, and events can provide their own heating. etc. If anyone patents this idea, we'll go 1/3rds, ie you, yahoo, and me.

In the hype of greenhouse gases that is suppose to be causing global warming, what about the other possibilty. could it be that the earth is under going another environmental change. Last year Mt. St. Helen started steaming, while other volcanoes around the world started erupting. Last year we only heard of five hurricanes when there were suppose to be more. This year not one to be seen or heard. Science has botched this up really bad. Yes pollution is bad, and we all should do our part to clean up the mess we and the generations before us made. But, don't be so quick to jump on the global warming band wagon.
