Heya im supposed to explain to a group soon about the hidden meaning behind our favourite album and mine is Metallica 'Reload' but i dont know what the message or meaning is behind it i just like the music and some lyrics that i can relate to. Would anyone be able to explain the meaning to this album please or what inspired them to write it? Any help would be appreciated.

Yes, I am being serious. In the 90's, when grunge was threatening to take over the music industry Hanson burst on the scene and brought us all a little sunshine. They also set the stage for the more popular boy bands' rise to prominence. Just their one single "MMMBop" raised the standards of lyrical integrity to levels no band since has been able to reach.

Is there a band with excellent musicians: guitar players, bassist, drummer etc. but the lead vocalist just spoils it for you?

I'm talking all time. Any song first performed by another artist successfully. I personally lean towards Dave Matthews cover of the Bob Dylan/ Jimi Hendrix song "All Along the Watchtower". There are many great ones though so throw some out there. I'll then put it to a vote.

I love music and understand and have writen alot about underground hip-hop and new wave. Im trying to learn more about rock and over looked classic rock to be more specific. As such I have heard some of Rushs music, not to much, and been told great things about those who know about them.
